Location beach room service and restaurant workers No wifi not working in all places in the resort, bad Oder of humidity in my room and A/C was not working for 2 days and no body fix it then I move to another room in the 3rd day

Hotel rooms were ok butt not superb.food was average. Swimming pool were nice and cleaned. Aquapark was very nice. Need more cleaning in rooms. Also need to upgrade food menus.

The only thing I liked is the aqua park. I didn’t like the whole hotel. It says it’s a five star hotel but this is bullshit. It’s too far from five star hotel. This hotel should be no more than three star hotel. The rooms aren’t clean enough. The air conditioning is very poor wherever you go in the hotel. The food is only about okay and you have to be early and fast to get from everything, otherwise they would not refill everything. The ice cream is not included but you need to pay for it. You get only one room key. Extra room key costs 10$ which very weird. Why do I need to pay more for extra key? The mattress is far from comfort. It’s very hard.
