Lovely Nothing

The staff were awesome

The hotel has a pleasant and well-maintained territory, a clean swimming pool, and a nice beach area. Our room was comfortable, clean, and in good condition. Overall, the property creates a relaxing atmosphere and is a good place to stay for a few nights. The security staff were particularly helpful and assisted us with our luggage when needed, which we appreciated. The biggest disappointment was the check-in and luggage handling process. When we arrived, we were informed that our room would not be ready for another hour. We decided to leave for Stone Town and agreed with the receptionist that our bags left at reception would be placed in the room once it was ready. Our suitcases were left with security near the main entrance gate. When we returned at around 10 PM, we discovered that none of our belongings had been moved. Our suitcases were still outside with security, and our other bags were still sitting at reception. No one had followed up on the arrangement, and it seemed that nobody had noticed or cared that our belongings had been left unattended for the entire day. The security staff helped us bring everything to the room, but the overall organization and communication from the reception team were very disappointing. Another issue was the noise. Our room was located close to the restaurant, where a traditional African dance show was taking place in the evening. The music and noise were clearly audible from the room and made it difficult to fall asleep. The breakfast selection was also quite limited. There were very few protein options, especially for guests looking for healthier choices. Aside from eggs, there was little available other than bacon, which was quite fatty.

I can't think of anything but super service. Clean Clean room too...always serviced without calling for room cleaning.

The facility felt secure and yet offered an excellent nature based experience(combination of green nature and blue ocean waters). The masai cultural performance was great too. The TV channels in the room were limited

The flowers. Nothing else Super small. Nowhere to go. Beach full of algae, we couldn’t even enjoy it. The pictures were beautiful online but once we arrived the beach was smelling so bad and you couldn’t get in the water…. Really disappointing. Food was very poor. The portions and price was not good. Food itself was okay. They serve you breakfast (included in the price) and it was mostly veggies, pastry, and 1 meat.. curb your expectations. We came here for a honeymoon retreat so we wanted something more luxury. That wasn’t it. If you’re looking for some cheaper location just to stay there then maybe ??‍♂️

The breakfast was good, though I would have appreciated more fruit options. The hotel boasts an amazing location with stunning views. The staff were very friendly, especially Helen and Chiku from the dining area, who made the experience even better. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel. Made for a truly enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed the amazing service, the pool was spacious and pretty, food was delicious and location was amazing!

Food choices got a bit repetitive after 5 days. It's not great for swimming in the ocean at low tide and due to seaweed at that time of year. But that was true in many other parts of the island and with a great infinity pool overlooking the ocean, we didn't care about swimming in the ocean. We had mixed experiences with the excursions, though those are through companies independent from Zanzibella.

The service and hospitality from the staff were exceptional,warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. What made the experience even more special is the owner, who makes you feel completely at home from the moment you arrive. There’s a personal touch here that’s rare to find. We moved to a different hotel afterward and were honestly disappointed in comparison. We really wished we had stayed at Zanzibella for the rest of our trip. Highly recommended.

Everything, including food, staff, entertainment and location. All staff were excellent but Nasri was exceptional. When I encountered internet challenges on my Window 10 laptop, he went an extra mile to ensure I get connection by using his personal phone to Hotspot me. Evaline was also great. She was highly professional and ensured I had a comfortable stay. Nothing

Staff was incredible. The facilities were close to the beach. The pool was fantastic. The food in the restaurant was top! Breakfast was ok. Overall everything was ok. No outstanding improvement points.

Very good location. Like the flowers all the way to the rooms. Also the location next to the beach, enjoying a beautiful sunrise every morning. Perfect destination for honeymoon lovers The food was not consistent sometimes but except that, all was perfect.

Its beautiful the rooms are large and comfortable. The resort offers different shows each night so you dont feel bored. They communicate perfectly. The breakfast is amazing so is their spa. Izabella the owner is kind and so are all the staff.

It was quite , has a beach I expected that the hotel will provide slippers and tooth brush
