Right next to Haad Yao beach. 7-11 is close nearby. Professional, kind cleaners took care of the room well. This property made it seem like we would be staying at the beautiful white bungalows at the property next door - Ibiza Beach Resort - which has a very similar name. We were so disappointed to get a room in the way back away from the beach in a very dark bungalow without any view (although it was called a "garden view") at "Ibiza Bangalows" instead. Upon check in, we found a flea in our bed. We were unable to get our room moved since it was all full, so the staff helped to change the sheets and spray bug spray in the room, but that's all that could be done. Our room was very barebones and did not make us feel like we were on vacation. We truly mourned the loss of beautiful beach bungalow we thought we would get. And the beds were super hard! Maybe it was due to language issues, but we also found the staff to not be very friendly. It seemed like they kept their head down and avoided us throughout our stay after the flea incident. During our stay, there was also heavy flooding that happened. The staff put palm leaves down at the entrance to the parking lot to redirect water from the street. These were super slippery, and our motorcycle crashed over them. Beware in case you see that during your stay as well! Also, the road in is super bumpy and dangerous for motorcycles.

Quiet property located on the beach. Very basic.

Very close to the beach. You can hear ocean sounds in the room. Ok location near some nice beaches. 7-11 near by the hotel No breakfast or bike rental options Quite expensive for quite a basic room but it's Ko Phangan prices I guess.

Could get any closer to the beach . Perfect location except the toilet is small.

Staff were super- very friendly and helpful with bags. Cleaning room service available each day, nice to have fresh sheets/ towels. Hammock was a nice touch Sand in the ‘clean sheets’ and bathroom floor which was quite uncomfortable No hand soap but that’s just a small thing Overall place was quite dated for what we paid, no bed time tablets or lamps

Really nice, no noise, by the beach where you can have coffee in the morning, and breakfast. You can also practice yoga in the place next door, on the beach or get massages. It is a really nice place. Nothing.

Bungalow was on the beach. Clean bed linen and towels. Good A/C. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely stay. Very relaxed. Adequate facilities in the room. Dogs on the beach every day. We accept that it's a beach accessible to all, but if these hotels/ businesses to tourists are going to prosper, then they need to take a look at dogs on the beach. Absolute rubbish to say, "Oh, my dog won't harm you!! Try telling that to a person who has been attacked by a dog before! Or a child. Due to purely the dogs on the beach, we would not return to Haad yoa beach.

Location right on the beach, rasta bar onsite with very chilled out staff, huts were adequate and what we was expecting for the money paid, good value Can get noisy on Thursday night as there is DJ and market night, not an issue for us as it's a great night, DJ stops at midnight so it's not a game changer unless u have small children

Do not stay within this accommodation! Unfortunately we had a horrible experience as they called the police in order to charge us twice. We payed for the accommodation with one of their employees when we arrived. At the next day, they accused us of not paying. We wanted to see the camera footage, which would have shown us paying the money to their employee but suprisingly the cameras didn’t work. They threatened us by calling the police (one of the officers was a relative to the place) and constantly yelling at us that we won’t be able to leave the country. It was a horrible experience and after two hours of being yelled at we agreed to pay twice, just so we can finally leave. Do yourself a favour and look for a different place to stay.

Cash only. Upon arrival staff demanded cash for all six days. Over priced. Room had no drawer, cupboard, shelf or table. No room cleaning service. Staff very unpleasant about providing an extra child bed even though all confirmed via booking.com My only unpleasant experience in Thailand over multiple trips since 1989. Horrible. Didn’t let them ruin our trip though as everyone and everything else was beautiful

Staff was very friendly and location was very good Water pressure in the shower was a bit too low

the beach is great, good snorkeling a bit further out too! wednesday nights the place next door has a party until 2am, it sounds like it is happening in your room.
