They upgraded us cause the room i booked had only a double bed option and i needed twin beds, lovely bungalows in a garden setting, kept very clean and tidy. Lovely pool, the beach only10 mins walk between the houses. we ate at the restaurant a few times, food was delicious

Pretty pool and plants Ants and spiders all over our bedroom. It was a nice room but definitely a dated property. Also other than the two waters given upon check in the front desk told me if I wanted more I had to buy more water elsewhere

Cleaning was done every day and the staff does great job for that Most of the front dask staff does not like to communicate. One was very nice, though. Nobody speaks english other than the one who was helpful and their attitude is not helping. The room itself looks pretty old and outdated so if cleaning was not so good I don’t know if I would want to stay here.

It was a lovely place too relax and the staff very nice and helpful. Handy too everything . Not far too walk too 2 different beach places , close to bus and transport .. Thank you it been wonderful ??

We thought it was lovely get away of beautiful gardens and peaceful very relaxing after a big day out the pool was great and the staff lovely. Walking distance to anything you needed or wanted not far too the beach thanks was awesome stay? Everything

Lush beautiful gardens and wonderful facilities! The staff - especially in the treatment rooms, the cleaning and restaurant - were amazing. The rooms/little villas are very clean. The pool is shallow but gorgeous and peaceful. There is some road noise, but you soon tune it out in favour of bird calls all around. Some days I spent most of it on the complex and I loved it. The location is good but definitely walk the back way into town to avoid the busy road. I was the only Brit here, Karon is more for Russian and German tourists, but I did not feel out of place. Massages were lovely. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I already miss it!

Staff was not very friendly, they wanted to charge us 100 bht for every hour we stayed after 12pm, also they asked to pay for the hotel by credit card and up until now every hotel I payed I had no problem but this time they told me that payment didn't proceed and I need to pay 3% for a transaction.
