1/ Location - it's in the Old Town of Phuket. Perfect for exploring this historical part of the city on foot 2/ Comfortable bed 3/ The hotel was quiet and there was no any noise heard from inside, but probably it's a temporary situation due to the covid lock down 4/ Clean room and the hotel, nice interior design 1/ Strong unpleasant smell in the room 2/ Air-con was old and I was unable to adjust the temperature I needed on the remote control 3/ The water in the shower was always cold, never got warmer no matter how long I poured it 4/ The sockets were only at the night tables, I couldn't find any near the table with the teapot and near the mirror, so I had to dry my hair with hairdrier 'blindly", without looking in the mirror, and boil water in the teapot on the night table. 5/ The entrance door of the hotel is locked from midnight to 7am that was a weird experience for us. If you need to go out earlier than 7am, you've got to tell the receptionist about it. 6/ Be careful with your cash payments - ask for the change at once and check the bill so that the amount you paid is written there - the receptionist tends to cheat with small amounts of change. 7/ There is no elevator in the hotel so be ready to walk up to your floor. If the staff is nearby and not busy they will help you with your suitcases, but there is no bell boy there.
