Our room was a lovely refuge, close enough to easily walk to the hustle and bustle of Old Town, but just enough out of the way to feel out of the fray. Breakfast was amazing!

OK, the staff are exceptional at this hotel and the breakfast is absolutely amazing.. However, please note that there’s no restaurant or bar in the hotel and there is no vibe. It feels really lonely and isolating staying at this hotel somehow I think it’s because of the design. Not having a restaurant makes the hotel feel really empty and is isolating

The staff was exceptionally helpful. The location was excellent, very close to the Old Town. The small boutique hotel had a very personal, intimate touch. The breakfast was excellent The room was a bit small, with 2 beds.

The hotel was so beautiful, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is great very quite and it’s a 5 minutes walk from the old town. Highly recommended.

Beautifully decorated, staff were really friendly. Small little touches like getting tea and a little note each evening in the room. Breakfast was great, amazing coffee from local roasters.

Friendly staff,good facilities I can't prove it and I didn't report it due to moving on to Ko Lantra early morning but I think money was taken from the room safe, probably £300 . Obviously I can't persue the matter as I didn't realise the money was missing for several days .

Absolutely everything. The VerdiGris is classy, well decorated, comfortable and extra clean hotel. The staff is super helpful and they care great care of their guests tendering at every detail. Tong, hour night careperson was simply great providing tea and biscuits and being absolutely attentive to every need. Another absolutely great feature of the hotel is their choice of local breakfast- real local and very tasty thai food which has been one of the best we tried during our stay in Thailand.

Small, very personal, wonderful staff, clean, great location, beautiful decor, excellent breakfast probably the best i’ve had in any hotel. Breakfast for one was more like for three people. Staff are very polite, hard working, happy and helpful. I would recommend this hotel. This was a last minute swap for us as our original hotel had very poor standards. We moved from Patong to Phuket Old town which is so much nicer Only thing to be aware of is that it is situated on a busy road, which didn’t keep me awake. But it can be heard from the pool area. I unfortunately, some building work near by which again was only an issue whilst chilling at the pool area, but the hotel is not to be blamed for the building work noise.

Fantastic boutique hotel with the most helpful polite staff so softly spoken and gentle couldn’t do enough for you. The room was so comfortable a little noisy from passing traffic but didn’t bother me at all. They went the extra mile and even posted on some items I had left behind free of charge. Highly recommend Nothing it was great

The employees were extremely kind and thoughtful, always making sure we were comfortable. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was stylishly furnished with a beautiful bathroom. The highlight of our experience was the breakfast—it was absolutely exceptional and probably the best food we had during our entire trip to Thailand. It’s true that the room can get a bit noisier due to its proximity to the main road, but the noise is easily manageable and doesn’t disrupt sleep. On the plus side, the location is great—fantastic food in the Old Town is just a few minutes away!

The attention to detail was immaculate! We loved the little touches in the room from the Japanese style toilets to the bedtime tea and personalised notes from staff. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious and beautiful. We were so impressed by the map of Old Town full of suggestions of restaurants, bars and activities. We also loved the breakfast, with choices from local restaurants all over Old Town. The pool and reading room are beautiful as well.

Boutique hotel in the old town with amazing ambience. All rooms are flawlessly designed. Food was great. Location is central and overall is very quiet special spot. I loved the facilities, everything was high end, elegant and thought of to the most little details. Definitely a place I plan to return. Nothing! Everything was perfect ?
