Location

Location, swimming pool and proximity to the beach Shower and bathroom were all together. When talking shower, the water fell on the toilet and flooded the bathroom. It eventually drained, but it took some time.
-
it is close to the beach the pool is not cleaned Sliding doors are difficult to close and lock

Rooms no good. Nothing works including the main door. Don't recommend this hotel.

The location was great and staff were super friendly and helpful. Anna was really kind and welcoming. The curtains were well designed against light. The pool was perfect and rooms just spaced around it. The local restaurant has some decent food and kind staff also. All amenities and surin and bangtao beach very close also. The doors were a constant pain and wouldn't slide correctly, without some crazy twiddling and patience. Some noise close to the street also.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Location was great. Swimming pool open throught Rooms cleaned each day with fresh towels and toiletries. Bed mattress was hard, which our family like a softer mattress. However everyone is different, and some people will like a hard mattresses.

Clean, comfortable, great location. Restaurant next door would play quite loud karaoke in the evenings. Could easily be heard in room, but did finish by 11pm.

5 minutes walk to the beach shops restaurants bars 7/11

If you like sleeping at night, stay far away from this hotel Moreover, this is an "open access hotel", meaning everyone can freely walk into the hotels area. There are no gates, no locks, no reception to check. Literally nothing.

Stayed for a few nights. The staff is friendly and speaks English, the owner is European and also seems friendly. Location is great next to seven eleven and a great beach. The bed is comfortable and the mattress was great for my jet lag. Modern TV with streaming services, or use someone’s account (thanks Victoria for keeping the YouTube premium signed in) One unexpected point to mention - and I must say this loud and clear - the *toilet paper* is the best I ever encountered in Thailand, including 5 star luxury resorts! This indicates the owners’ standards. Privacy wise - The pool facing room is obviously the type where you have less privacy if you want the “view” but that’s expected. I hope they keep their friendly staff until the next time The bathroom is the wet type and had some holes in the ceiling where mosquitos could come in. Not a big deal and I’m sure they’ll fix it during the low season

The hotel is in a good location if you’re looking for accommodation close to the beach. The pool wasn’t clean, and there was a strong smell of cigarettes from neighboring guests sitting outside their rooms. Noise was a major issue—guests talking loudly on the phone until after 3 AM made it difficult to sleep. The restaurant next door played loud karaoke with bad singing past midnight, and on the last night, a party next to our room lasted until around 3 AM. The biggest concern was the behavior of the manager or owner (he did not introduce himself). He came to my room, called me a liar, questioned where I am from, and told me I was the only one who had reported these issues. He dismissed my complaint about the bathroom leaking, saying, “This is normal in Thailand,” which is absolutely not the case. He then pressured me to remove my complaint in exchange for canceling my next stay free of charge—something I had no intention of using anyway. I only agreed in the moment to avoid further confrontation. His aggressive attitude made me feel unsafe, so I locked my door and couldn’t sleep until I left early in the morning. To make matters worse, he made an inappropriate and racist remark, saying he is “not like Indian or Pakistani, so what he says will happen.” This was deeply unsettling. I have since made a formal complaint against him and the property. The area itself is very quiet after 10 PM, with limited options for nightlife. If you’re looking for a better experience, I strongly recommend staying in Patong Beach or Phi Phi Island instead. I regret not considering the negative reviews before booking.
