Simple but nice hotel. It sits down a lane so away from traffic and noise. The room was very clean, spacious, with an amazingly comfortable bed. Pools looked good. Quiet time was respected at 10pm, so it was very relaxing. Amazing price for what they offer. Chairs and cushions - everywhere to sit was uncomfortable. Otherwise all good.

I stayed at the property for nine nights. It was so calm and quiet a very peaceful destination if you want just to relax away from the noise and crowd of Patong. I love the pools and how the rooms are cleaned daily. The smell in my room was overwhelming. I think that’s because the balcony is never open and there is no air coming in and out from the room.

lots of new construction in the area

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Every member of the team was incredibly polite, professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was spotless throughout my stay, thanks to the excellent daily housekeeping. Everything was well maintained, and the amenities were of a high standard, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, massage centers, and a 7-Eleven all within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the area without needing transportation. The only small downside is that the beach can be quite rough, with strong waves most of the time, so it’s not always ideal for swimming. However, this is a feature of the beach itself and certainly doesn’t take away from the overall experience. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, spotless rooms, and a great location. I would happily stay here again! All was amazing

Staff is careless, made me cancel the booking to pay cash, very hard to deal with people, but the main issue is the manager
-
Excellent location 5-min walk from beach. Refreshing pool and loungers chairs. Restaurants and massage nearby. Really good choice for Surin tourists. New owner-manager cash-strapped, pressed cash discount. Lots of Slavic guests. Very slow elevator.

Location, 5 to10min walking to beach and shops Staff attempt to get cash payment, when no refund for cancelling

The stuff was very kind and friendly, location is also good not far away from beach One night was electricity outage, and than one full day in my room running water was brown colored couldn’t take a shower all day. Hotel management told me that was normal from time to time which surprised me a lot

The breakfast was not very nice and quite basic, but I didn't realise it was included so I was happy to go elsewhere afterwards.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel area is well maintained, and there are two clean swimming pools which were perfect for relaxing. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, ideal for resting and unwinding. The location is very convenient — just a few minutes walk to the beach, with shops, restaurants, and massage places all nearby. Special thanks to the staff — everyone was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

The included breakfast was quite good and plentiful - a nice variety of eggs, meats and pastries. They are right across the street and down a short alley from a nice, secluded uncrowded beach 5+ km long, that has some shops and places to eat - and a short taxi from a beach with much more to do - and many more amenities. In short, the best of both preferences. Staff was always helpful and friendly. The building is fairly new, with 2 pools, and well maintained. Quiet location, never a noise problem. There is another hotel under construction close by, but it was shut down for the holidays - even when construction underway it would only be during the day - and the pools areas are all well sheltered from it - so I doubt it to be a problem. It seems to be the nicest place to stay in this particular beach area - without the big price tag of the big, deluxe resorts - that are 4 to 5 times as much. There were some issues getting hot water when we first arrived - it took a day to resolve them. The land between the main front street is under a major renovation of some sort - the land has been 80% stripped, except for some concrete walkways from the street to the beach. No other construction is going on at the moment - and there is free access to the beach - (about a 5 minute walk). All of the food vendors appear to have been relocated to an area about 200 or 300 meters further south (still the same beach)- which is also a great and popular spot for sunsets. It's hard to say what's going to happen in the space that was cleared - it could be anything from a nice park to another monster condo. Be sure to check before booking. For people with special needs - I did not see easy wheelchair access. Quite a few stairways and two central elevators - that would be very tight for a wheelchair.
