The cocktails at the bar were absolutely fantastic, and the infinity pool with its stunning sea view was one of the highlights of our trip. It was the perfect place to relax. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

Relaxing location on Chaweng beach. Great services, comfortable villa, and a wonderful, helpful and attentive staff.

I liked the summing pool area. I spent my whole time there. The room were nice and cute. My room had a small balcony and it was nice. The breakfast buffet wasn’t good actually. It’s borking and the bakery wasn’t fresh. The location is good but a little far from the center, you need to take a grab

Only the pool The rooms were absolutely disgusting. My bed sheets were dirty when I arrived, and the bathroom was filthy and looked as if it had not been properly cleaned for months. The toilet is positioned right next to the wall, making it extremely difficult to stand in front of it or even sit comfortably. It is honestly one of the most bizarre room layouts I have ever seen. The lighting in the room was very poor, but the worst part was the air-conditioning unit. The outdoor compressor is located directly on the balcony and produces a constant, extremely loud noise, making it unpleasant to spend any time there. The TV did not work properly, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and I was unable to use any of the streaming services that were supposed to be available. To be fair, the staff did try to help, but it was obvious that the underlying issues could not be fixed during my stay. Overall, this hotel was very disappointing, especially considering that it is advertised as a 4-star property. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance.

Great place and nice hotel with yummy breakfast, gym and comfy bed.

This smaller, boutique hotel has a wonderfully cozy feel, never feeling over crowded, offering incredible value for money. The staff was excellent—extremely friendly, attentive, and highly trained—and the breakfast buffet was both high quality and full of variety. The absolute highlight was the restaurant's layout, which directly overlooks the beach and provides a truly stunning, beautiful view while you eat. While the restaurant view is stunning, the hotel doesn't have a true beach line, as the water comes right up to the property steps. Additionally, my original room had terrible Wi-Fi, and after several failed troubleshooting attempts, the staff moved me and admitted that this specific room has chronic connectivity issues—unless it is fixed, definitely avoid room 306. Once I relocated to a new room, however, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. There is also no air conditioning in the bathrooms. Additionally, room cleanliness could be improved, as dust and particles were sometimes left on the floor after the staff cleaned. Despite these challenges, I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat as my overall stay was wonderful!

The villa are very nice! 24h staff at the lobby, beautiful pool! The fact that we have to keep curtains close in the villa to not be seen by others villas facing you

One of the best resort and one of the best Krapaw (thai brasial leaf seafood, pork!!!!) Room is so comfy with solf bed and pillow. We stay here for 6 days. I alway order krapaw almost everyday. Easy to walk to swimming pool and beach. Beach is so beautiful even it is lowtide around lunch but still can swim. This is one of the best spot ever and really good Thai brasil leaf dish!

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the made-to-order omelet station was a lovely bonus. The rooms were spotless and very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable and generously sized, which made it easy to rest well. The beach is beautiful, with warm and shallow water, perfect for relaxing. If you are someone who loves swimming in deeper water, this may not be your ideal beach, but the good news is that there are many other beautiful beaches nearby. nothing

Quiet, great staff Bad internet in my room

Staff are really nice

Staff were lovely especially O and AI. Liked the view of restaurant at happy hour. Service was great when a/c wasn’t working Booked beachfront villa which was very expensive however there is a 4 foot sea wall so not really beach front as you have to walk to the restaurant to access beach. Beach is very very shallow so have to walk out a long long way to get up to your knees. Should be called ocean view. Breakfast wasn’t that great for selection and some items were cold. Grounds need some TLC. Not sure how this is rated so high

Location was beautiful had a great view in the morning with breakfast. It was a bit farther out from Chaweng than I thought but it was walkable.

The staff went above and beyond.

In general, the hotel is well maintained and clean. However, I noticed some mold spots in the shower. I understand that it can be quite difficult to completely avoid this due to the high humidity here — I’ve seen similar issues even in more expensive hotels in the area. Everything else was tidy and well kept, but the shower could use a bit more attention in that regard.

Beautiful and on the water No beach and was exposed to toxic chemicals by work staff directly in the bathroom above mine and my friends room. Our entire rooms filled with toxic chemical odors
