Great value for money! We had a huge room, 2 bathrooms and a separate bedroom so it was perfect for a trip with a baby. 2 minute walk to the center and to the Chabad house Lilian from the front desk is actually the best and super accommodating When there’s a boxing match, there’s tons of noise from the music. I will say though that we put the fan in the bedroom and that covered some of the noise, so at the end of the day it didn’t bother our sleep

Loved this room for our family. Very comfortable. 3 bathrooms were great, plus it had two big bathtubs. Away from the noise. Top floor (4th floor). Staff was very helpful. The room is pretty basic but was clean and well kept. The pool was nice, the grounds are well kept. Great location.

Great location. Staff is very helpful. It can be loud at night when there’s a Muay Thai fight going on at the stadium next door. If you’re a light sleeper this could be an issue.

I did not like the location. Be aware that this property is right next door to a Muay Thai arena so it gets very loud at night. It is also in a busy area of Chaweng beach, although the beach is walkable, about a 15 min walk it’s still not ideal. I think there are better locations if you are staying in Chaweng beach area. Secondly the first room I was booked in was on the second floor and was not clean. There were also so many mosquitoes, there must have been about 20 in my room. The room was dark and in the trees, I should have been alerted when the staff told me to light a mosquito coil inside the room, which I do not think is healthy. I asked to move to another room, and I have to say the staff were nice and immediately moved me to the third floor which was brighter, felt cleaner and minimal mosquitoes.

The entire resort was flawless and I couldn't list anything other than the coffee provided could have been nicer and maybe a proper coffee machine at breakfast would have been the icing on the cake.

This was an amazing hotel to stay at. Although it's not on the beach like many hotels here are, it's a short ~6min walk there and it's about half the price. Plus, a huge bonus that they had (while we were there at least) is that they had a deal with their sister hotel on the nearby beach where we could use their facilities for free. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained more or less and very worth it for the price. Plus the staff are all exceptional and went out of their way to help us and were very friendly always. And cleaning happened once a day and was done by some of the best cleaning staff I've ever seen at a hotel. This hotel is highly recommended!!

Big propert. Big room. Outdated Omg the noise all night. The hotel is located at a very busy intersection that is busy all the time. The constant sound of the motor bikes is deafening great if you want to walk and convenient but can’t sleep.

The staff were exceptional and the property was very clean and maintained. Had to stay an extra night due to a missed flight and they provided a later check out time at a discounted price. Pool was very clean and loved that we were able to use the bean bags on the beach at the Synenergy resort at no extra cost. Would 100% stay again. Location was central enough. Located beside the boxing stadium so was loud at night when the fights were going on.

There was so clean, friendly and comfortable. Deluxe number has two air conditioners, little kitchen. There are garden, swimming pool, koi pond. Very nice atmosphere!

We stayed at the family suite. A huge, very comfortable apartment with a large long balcony. Location is 3 minutes away from Chanda house, which is very convenient for those who need it.

Great location. Short walk to the beach. Nice pool but small. Poor breakfast in fact a waste of time and for this reason, I would not stay here next time. Very expensive compared to other hotels in the area. I would pay more and book the sister hotel on the beach or pay a lot less and be in a different location equal distance from the beach. No bar. No evening restaurant. 3 times the price compared to other hotels in the same area.
