Very efficient, well organized, friendly staff, clean I went to sleep and woke up with bites all over my legs. And was told it could be an allergic reaction. Instead of bed bugs. Wasnt too fond of the nickel and diming. Extra charges for laundry, for a lock, for dollar store shoes at 4x the price.

The staff was friendly, nice, and fun. The resort is the perfect mix of chill and fun. The food was solid, so were the drinks. The bar crawl and the guys hosting it were a highlight of the trip. The really wasn’t anything to complain about.

Location and environment New policies that restrict smoking in the balcony. This is unusual in Thailand.

The rooms are beautifully appointed and the hotel is on the beach, providing easy access. The drinks and friendliness are great. The hotel has an excellent travel agency. Because I am travelling with a friend, I requested twin share, which means two beds. What I got was a queen size bed base with two small mattresses on it. This left me with my friend snoring in my ear - not happy Jan!

Everything was amazing. From the check-in until our departure. Houskeeping was great. I recommend priva-te rooms. My only comment is that for the welcome drink (very much appreciated!) it should be in a wider hour range as it is only from 4:30 -4:45 and we were almost never in the hotel by that time. Aside from that, everything was great.

Please be careful. I got a huge bedbug bite on my arm which still has not gone away after four weeks. I complained at reception who send cleaners to check the matress. The matress had many bedbugs but both the manager and the cleaners denied it. The manager had not a single clue of how to address the situation, he did not even try to say he was sorry, he just denied everything all the time. Unfortunately, I have pictures

The hotel is well located. Lots of activities to keep you entertained. Hotel is clean and lends itself to meeting people. It gets a lot of noise overflow from neighboring properties. Breakfast was ordinary, pancakes too dense, eggs overcooked.
