The hotel is new and very clean , its location is amazing really , and breakfast stuff are the best . Pools are super nice also and the rooms are great The beach was meh since the tide was horrible, but you can’t blame the hotel for that . Keep in mind you need to only eat food from the cabanas near the pool .

I loved the attention to detail. We went for our honeymoon. The staff were very pleasant and knew what the occasion was. The congratulated us and made us feel welcome. If you’re staying here do not expect the large resort feel. It is a small resort and they do that very well. Expect solid service and attention to detail.

Very good location, close to all the restaurant, bars and shopping areas. Resort is on the beach. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Very good breakfast buffet, which was included in the price of the room. All the food service staff was nice. All of the staff at the front desk were very nice. The rooms were neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable. I did not like cabanas beach club. To start, there were very limited number of chairs around the pool. The chairs at the very front of the club that were first line on the beach required a minimum spend of about $100 USD. Even if you were a guest at the resort, you would be required to pay that money to sit in those seats which I found to be very insulting. The rest of the seats were taken early in the morning with towels and personal items left on the chair, but nobody was using them. Sometimes that continued throughout the day and the staff did nothing to free up that seating. The woman who was in charge of the pool area and cabana area I found to be very rude and rough when I asked her for a chair. Further, towels were not available at the time the pool area opened. The towels usually came along a couple of hours later. I had to go back to my room and take the towels from the room to use them around the pool. I was very disappointed in how that whole pool area and cabana club was set up. Moore is expected of a “5 Star resort.” Further, there was a DJ that would come to the pool every day from 2 to 5 PM. He played music at a very high volume. The speakers were placed all around the pool area and the music was just blasting right on top of you.

I loved everything about this beautiful luxurious resort. perfect location - beach front . DJ at Cabanas creates a great vibe & atmosphere. Attention to detail is on point. Excellent customer service throughout the entire resort. The hotel does not have a gym & it would be nice to see more breakfast options on the menu but everything else is great.

The location is excellent, the hotel is very beautiful, the hospitality is excellent, we were pampered, it was our honeymoon vacation. Everything just the breakfast was very poor, we ate outside.

By far one of the best stays I've every had, I'm already looking to come back in the next few months. Amazing location , staff, wonderful breakfast. And it's near everything you can walk around, we felt very safe and accommodated N/A, can't say we didnt like anything we had 0 complaints during our stay here

First of all the staff!! Ranju was the first one that we met, and till the end of our stay she looked after us . However, as I can't name all members of the staff, all of them were both nice and proffessional. The room was comfortable That we had to leave and that the sea was riugh....

Everything! The room was exceptional, everything was so clean and beautiful and new. The stuff was amazing, they helped us with every little request at every hour of the date. There hotel is not too crowded but not to quiet, and the food is delicious :) We will definitely will be back!

Good selection of food at the bar and pool area extensive in room dining via app Fast response Reception is quite chaotic. Breakfast is not appropriate for a 5 star hotel. Small area for dining inside. Not a wide selection of food. And no daily change.
