Lovely comfy bed, amazing room. The staff in the pool side restaurant weren't very friendly. Seemed like they didn't want you be there!

Really not much to like. Nothing really met expectations. The waiting staff were fabulous. Ground staff worked hard to maintain beach. Location was v good - in the middle of Thai Benidorm strip and the night market that closes early. Needs significant improvement. - pool is disgusting. It’s got bits all in it and green slime on the walls. - most the ‘cooked’ breakfast was inedible. I sat there for 3/4 hours and nothing was refreshed that wasn’t being eaten. Juices were pure sugar and coffee machine broken. - the hotel needs investment as it’s dilapidating and falling apart. In rooms have damp and mould. It was fine for a couple nights but don’t expect much.

The hotel is comfortable and located very near the center. Everything was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. It is a bit overpriced in my opinion and the mini bar is so full of stuff to pay that there’s no space to put something of your own, which should be taken in consideration.

The staff at the hotel were great and very friendly. Fern from the front desk was especially helpful with all our queries and requests pertaining to local activity bookings. Hotel location is also convenient with restaurants and stores nearby. Not really much to complain about.

All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. A really good breakfast, plenty of choice. My only fault would be the pool could do with a deep clean.

Incredibly kind staff, beautiful intimate resort. Room looked stunning and clean. Perfectly located with plentiful beds at the pool and private area at the beach. Hot water in the shower is sparse but that’s everywhere on the island.
