Cleanliness

A couple of days our room was skipped by housekeeping even though we were not often in the room.

Very clean. Excellent staff that helped us with the safe multiple times! Small balcony. Pool with bar. Next to nice swimming beach. Across from excellent Thai food and above very nice Italian food. Mini mart few steps away. Basic furnishings but super value! If you don’t need fancy this is A+ and fantastic value! Everything great! Maybe add basic directions for using the safe.

The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The hotel also offers access to a pool, which is a nice bonus. We didn’t end up using it since the sea is located very close to the hotel, which was very convenient for us. Breakfast is not included, but there are good breakfast options available, and there are also many great places to eat nearby. However, there were a few things that could be improved. We noticed some stains on the bed linen, the towels had a slight oily smell, and the balcony door did not close properly. These details affected the overall impression a bit.

The hotel is very clean and in an excellent, quiet location, almost just across the street from a beautiful beach. I’d say it’s one of the nicest areas in Koh Samui, with great restaurants and the beach within walking distance.

Fabolous property, it has the New Villa and The Canale Resort. One can use the beautiful swimming pool. There is a "canale" passing though, though no water. Large rooms, exceptional price, no credit card required for booking. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was not included in the cost of the room and was quite expensive at 250THB/person, should have been included or get a discounted price for those staying at the property

Value for money.. Little away from Main Street but you need have a quiet night..!!

The reception team is excellent, everything went very smoothly. A/C, WiFi worked perfectly, appreciate the big fridge and the large lounge area. Breakfast would be lovely to get included in the price The bungalow is little dated, though comfortable Little far from Chaweng Beach centre (grab motor ride is B55/ride) In the evening very loud due a russian karaoke club in fire until approx midnight. Roads are overcrowded (too many tourists - not the fault of accommodation)

In comparison of the bungalows - more modern furniture and has a much better view, but certainly smaller in size. It's located on the first floor, no elevator. They help you to bring up the suitcases, but didn't offer to bring it down as well, which could be a logistical challenge.

Large, clean, comfortable room. Bed was perfect, A/C worked great, shower was perfect with hot water. Lots of storage space and a safe for valuables. Location is great, close to the beach and a convenience store just steps away. Super value for money spent, I would highly recommend. Occasionally, there was a sewer smell in the bathroom possibly coming from the shower drain. I suspect a plumbing venting problem. It was intermittent and not overly serious.

The place is comfortable and is kept very clean. The staff is extremely kind and always helpful also with organizing boat trips. The cleaning staff is professional and very efficient. There was a power cut one day but for the rest it was good

Great place, part of bigger hotel. Clean, very comfy, very spacious rooms. You can use swimming pool, fridge good, AC good, wifi OK If you get a room facing the street - will be very loud. Balcony door didn’t close. TV without channels, only streaming. Close to beach but there is no access point as all the land behind is private property - very weird setup along the entire beach….Nearest entrance about 1.5km away
