The in-room golden onsen is beautiful, the service is exemplary, the cuisine is delicate, excellent and generous. Arima onsen is a small place to walk around.

All staffs were helpful especially the waitress and waiter at the restaurant. Dinner was fabulous with the best ingredients and best cooking skills. There were gold and silver onsen to enjoy publicly and also onsen inside the room. Overall very good service and value.
-
Exceptional foods served in the restaurant.
-
Incredible dining experience Nil, if really need to point one, the room size is relatively smaller than expected
-
The compliment drinks are not good. The meals are only served in the restaurant, not in the room. It is not attractive. The bed is not comfortable.
-
Attentiveness and care for the guest Nothing it’s further away but that was a good thing
-
cleanliness, the small touch such as yukata / personal amenities pouch/ private bath. I was expecting a better outdoor onsen with view. The one in the resort did not have any view. My room faces the parking lot

The location of this hotel is secluded, tucked away from the shops, making it a very private and relaxing retreat. With only a few dozen guest rooms, it's very quiet and we hardly encountered other guests during our stay. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, and the surroundings were simply stunning. The room offered comfort, and the meals served were exceptional (even comes with cooking performances which was a surprise for us). It's a little bit farther away compared to some other hotels if you want to walk to the main streets with shops. But the hotel offers free shuttle service so not a big deal.

All staffs are very kind and they provided high quality of services. Onsen was great and also Kaiseki dinner was awesome and delicious. Stay at Okuno Hosomichi was an unforgettable time for us. At the room there were various snacks, fruits and drinks. Thank you and we will stay again when we visit Arima Onsen once again. .

The interior of hotel is charming and cozy. The staffs are welcoming and hospitable. They offer a shuttle stand by at all times for drop offs to and from the station. I especially love the golden onsen and the private silver onsen in our room. The hotel accept kids, there was a 2.5year old kid with his mother and grandmother at the onsen. He was yelling and throwing things into the onsen but his mom did not stop him. It was very disturbing. Food was alright. The restaurant area was half private, we have our little area but can pretty much hear the noise from other guests. It’s alright if you’re not expecting something at the luxury onsen hotel spectrum.

Great room with a nice view. Private open-air onsen was really enjoyable. Staff was very attentive and their hospitality was really on a high level. My wife had a birthday so the hotel managed to prepare a nice gift for her - amazing! The food... oh the food... Chef Ota-san and his crew have managed to prepare one of the most enjoyable feasts I've ever had. Big thanks to everybody involved in preparation of such culinary joy! My next visit in Arima will surely be here again! Private bath on the balcony could use a small chair to get out of the bath and chill a bit, as well as a place to put my phone nearby for example. Personal opinion - check-out at 11 after having a sizeable breakfast is a bit too early to let it settle and pack the things after. Maybe if it was at 12 o'clock it could be more relaxing.
