The highlight of the property is the natural water indoor and outdoor onsen. The room was outdated. The airconditioner was not working. It was very spacious but very outdated.

Great breakfast and helpful staff. Conveniently located by a Lawson and next to the train station. (though Arima is so small, everything is 10-15 minutes from everything else). Quiet. The room we got faced north so it was always dark. Worse, the beds were SO UNCOMFORTABLE. If you are skinny, you will feel the springs. My partner didnt have the same issue, but I had trouble staying asleep.

Good location, just beside the train station, and elit is easy parking for driving Dinner is too simple, it is the first time for me to go outside have dessert at Lawson after dinner ?

The room is comfort with enough space. Every room is attached with Balcony and nice view. There are hot spring inside the hotel that you no need to go for the public hot spring. The meals are excellent! Nothing.

The room is great and facilities available was exactly what is written in here. Is very difficult to communicate with the staff as a tourist due to language barrier as I wanted to find out more how i could change my dinner and timing but they have difficulty understanding. It will be good if they at least have 1 chinese and english speaker.

The room was clean and i like how they prepare a little step before going into the toilet its very nice. I hope the breakfast had more option to enjoy Japanese cuisine.
