Breakfast After staying at Sentido Port Royal, casa Cook Rhodes was extremely disappointing. The facilities are not of a 5 star hotel, the staff did not care about our comfort. The door of our room was not working properly, the shower cabin as well as the toilet were leaking water, the TV's don't have Netflix even if the staff was saying that they have. During check in, it was said to us that we got a free upgrade, but after a few seconds it was said that the system was not working but the upgrade was possible for additional costs... The pool infrastructure and sunbeds are old and badly maintained

We had an executive suite and it was a wonderful room with our own pool and relatively good privacy. The breakfast is excellent and the service as well. The hotel itself is really nicely located at a small hill that has a beautiful hike. The surrounding town is not nice and very touristic, the beach close by is not worth a visit but with a 10' drive there is a beautiful beach close enough - if you have a car.

We stayed at Casa Cook Rhodos for five days on our honeymoon, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel is absolutely stunning, effortlessly beautiful and incredibly Instagrammable in every corner. The design, atmosphere, and attention to detail create a calm, luxurious vibe that feels both stylish and relaxing. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive at the highest level, yet never intrusive. They genuinely made us feel cared for and ensured that everything we needed was taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Melissa, who welcomed us at the restaurant every time with unmatched kindness, and to Chrysa at the pool, whose positive energy and joyful service made every visit a delight. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, featuring private pools and comfortable sunbeds that made it easy to unwind. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a thoughtful honeymoon surprise, a fruit platter, cake, and champagne, which set the tone perfectly. The hotel offers two beautiful pools - one heated and one not, both equally enjoyable. The spa and massage treatments were also very good and added to the overall relaxing experience. Breakfast is a rich and varied buffet, while dinner is served from a daily changing menu that combines Greek cuisine with international flavors, making each evening feel fresh and exciting. If we had to point out any downsides, it would be that water is not included at dinner and throughout the stay, and there is no coffee machine in the rooms. Aside from that, this hotel is close to perfect, and we highly recommend it, especially for couples looking for a romantic and stylish getaway.

I absolutely loved the staff, location and restaurant! Drinks were amazing Everything was great. It was about 30 min from the city if you’re okay with the distance. Taxi about 40-45€ each way.

Everything. The room was great, the swim up pool is such a luxury! The restaurant had amazing food. The spa was incredible. Maybe the bathroom could improved with better shower door so the water doesn’t get everywhere. But that’s really minor!

The location is perfect to relax with a mountain view. The hotel is so beautiful. The stuff are very nice. There is the agent for car rental as well so it's so convenient. Breakfast is also very good!! One stuff opened our room without permission because he wanna give us 2 bottles of water. Actually he already rang the doorbell but I was staying in toilet and my husband was at the pool so he didn't hear it and we didn't open the door for him but he directly opened it without permission. It's a bit weird that something like that happened but it's not a big deal.

We decided to return to Casa Cook after staying there last year and we were certainly not disappointed by this decision! The team were absolutely phenomenal in making us feel welcome - I don’t think I have ever experienced service like it so a huge thank you to them for making our stay so memorable and special. The executive suites were stunning - we would certainly book these again in future(we will 100% be returning!). The food and cocktails are out of this world and such an unbelievable choice of options for breakfast! The layout of the complex is so well done it never feels busy. A must stay for Rhodes! Nothing! Everything was perfect!

A special compliment goes to the yoga teacher, Valeria, who was simply amazing. She offered so much more than a regular class, creating a unique and enriching experience that added real value to our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with exceptional hospitality. If there is one thing to improve, it would be to offer a wider variety of healthy smoothie drinks

The staff was always helpful, smiling, and doing above and beyond. We had a great room with private pool, the public pool was great, everything was amazing. Well, the only downside is being away from the beach but we knew it ahead of time :) It can't be perfect. There were a few glitches with the water pressure in the shower but I think it was just a technical issue.

The room was clean, but the cleaning ladies did not do a great job after day 2.

We stayed at Casa Cook Rhodes as a couple and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel exceeded all expectations, the design is simply stunning, and our room was so comfortable that we hardly felt the need to leave the resort. The spa was incredibly relaxing, and the treatments were excellent. The gym was also surprisingly well-equipped for a hotel, making it easy to keep up with workouts. Everything was luxurious, relaxing, and beyond what we imagined. The only small downside was that, although we booked half-board, the dinner included in the package was a bit less impressive compared to the dishes served in the hotel’s main restaurant menu. Overall, still highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Cook Rhodes. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. All rooms have direct access to a shared pool, which made the atmosphere calm and relaxing. The food was absolutely amazing – every dish we had at dinner was delicious, and breakfast included a huge variety of desserts, pastries, and fresh fruits. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Tsampika, the Guest Experience Manager, for the warm welcome and for guiding us through the check-in process. Room and hotel facilities were very clean and spotless. We missed having a coffee machine in the room. The location of the hotel is isolated. This is good if you are looking for quite (or renting a car)

The team decide to upgrade us to the Villa - It was big, great pool and nice view. The rain ;)

We arrived in shock at this little hotel set in paradise. Staff were excellent, imaculately polite, and service was top quality. The backdrop against the mountains was jaw dropping while eating our enourmous breakfast buffet or evening meals. We often watched the mountain goats traverse the rocky landscape while munching on our home made pastries. The gym (albeit needing an update) was great and the onsite instructor very helpful and chatty. Plenty of options for vegan/vegetarian guests at meal times. Our stay was mostly exceptional but i would reccomend coffee/tea facilities in the room.

Very clean and well kept, staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault much about the hotel at all. Simply the location is far away from Rhodes old town/Faliraki etc.
