Our family stayed at Irene Palace Hotel from October 8th to 15th, and it was a truly wonderful experience. We were a group of five: a couple in their 30s with a 2-year-old, plus grandparents and a great-grandmother. The service was exceptional, the location perfect, and the sea simply stunning. The staff were incredibly attentive and warm, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable for all generations, especially our little one. This was our fourth time on Rhodes, and Irene Palace Hotel exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway. Thank you for the unforgettable memories!

All the water activities from pool through slide to the beach were perfect. The food was good and there was plenty however it was just standard. we had the all inclusive program and there was enough choice of drinks for us and the children. There were a few little things that made it feel a bit stingy. greek coffee and espresso were at extra cost. The hotels interior is outdated. however I would probably return as we had a gr8 time.

The staff in this hotel are just lovely. Reception, bars, restaraunt, shop, everyone! They couldn't do enough for us. Location is beautiful, right on the beach! Our superior sea view room was very lovely and clean and obv sound proofed as we didn't hear a thing. We had a superior room which was lovely, the standard rooms looked very dated and very basic, I would have wanted to be moved tbh, def would not have wanted to stay. Not ideal for British lone travellers as we were the only Brits there and we came accross some quite rude fellow guests, no acknowledgement we were even there (felt like flies on the wall most of the time). Sunbeds are an issue round the pool, people reserving in the morning and not returning til afternoon, very unfair and should be stopped.

Nice affordable hotel in a good location. Tsampika beach is 10 mins drive, Anthony Quiin Bay 20 mins away. Staff worked tirelessly to keep the facilities spotless clean. We loved the beach at the hotel.The water was crystal clear. You can rent the sunbeds for €15. Hello to Panos, the barman who made the most amazing Pina Colada!

Most of the staff are lovely, there is plenty of seating including shaded places to sit. The pools and water park were popular and the beach isn’t too far. Really ideal location for the town too. The local bus passes close by to take you further afield plus has a reasonably priced shop within the hotel complex. There is a fantastic place to eat, out of the main doors, walk toward the main Rd, turn right and about 100 yards down on the left called the F&B Experience - superb in every way. Though we were all inclusive the food wasn’t great so we ate out mostly. For a 4* hotel, it’s pretty grotty in places particularly the communal area carpets. Very little choice on the drinks menu and the beer tasted watery. The soft drinks were flat. If you want to use the safe, air conditioning, padded sun beds or the Irene Palace beach sun beds and umbrellas it’s all extra euros which I think is appalling for an all inc resort, particularly the air con! I particularly disliked the endless bites we got every night in bed.

The facilities are great Pool + WaterPark + Beach Family Room was comfortable for 5. Location near the main street is good for walking ans also it is a great location to travel to all of Rhodes Food was very bed, we took the all inclusive package and it was very dissapointing. From 25.9 all the AC outside of the room is off althogh 26-27 was as hot as 24 and beofre... Cleaning of the room is always at 1300+ which was unconvinvient with Launche and Pool time

Good location. The food was terrible. This property should be rated 3 star at the most. We purchased all inclusive and they didn’t even provide free bottles water. Also they charges 6 euro for mojito. What kind of all inclusive is it? 4 star rating should be downgraded. We ended up eating outside resort as we were left hungry!

Staff, breakfast, beach and pool facilities for children Pools closure time (currently at 5pm). I suggest to add more fish dishes at main meals and improve quality of spirits.

Located in a good location.. accessible for public transportation Mostly the staffs were nice to people from Germany. mostly the hotel was filled with people from Germany and seems like the staffs take liking to them and not taking care of other people

Nice staff, great location Bar near the pool for all inclusive drinks. Pool was nice but greater part of it was very deep (more than 3 meters).
