The location was okay The employees in the day time specifically one lady was extremely rude and multiple times yelled at different guests and tried to charge us for ridiculous things like our towels being too dirty from the beach and the hotel having to wash our sheets after we check out which is what all hotels are supposed to do. A million better places with cleaner better rooms and better prices in the area so I wouldn’t stay here again already before the rude day time staff

The location, about 10 minutes away from the beach and night market. Smart tv with Netflix. The staff were all friendly. The bathroom smelled really bad, we had to keep the door shut the whole time or it would make the whole room smell. There were several small ant like bugs all over the room, mostly in the bathroom, it made us extremely uncomfortable. The pool, while nice to lay out by, was extremely dirty and had no water circulation so it was full of debris, so we chose not to swim in it which was disappointing because we chose this hotel because it included a pool.

Location and staff so good You can hear every sound of the loopy and the next rooms like you’re at the same room, all the sheets and towels and covers wasn’t clean and had Yellow on them the pool also wasn’t clean and smell bad

The rooms were really dirty. It wouldn't cost much to get a deep cleaning done, so it's a shame it doesn't get done, because that is the most negative thing about the hotel. Poor sound insulation in the rooms. The pool was dirty with lots of leaves and bugs floating in it; it should've got a daily scooping at least. Also beware that the "standard" rooms only have a small window on the bathroom. The reception closes at around 22:00, so contact them if you need to check in any later.

Sadly, nothing. Everything. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property was not a good fit. I had booked accommodations for four families (eight adults and eight young children ranging from 7 months to 9 years) for four nights a total of 5 rooms. Upon arrival, the front desk staff immediately demanded our passports without any greeting or welcome. While we understand standard check-in procedures, the tone was abrupt and unprofessional. We were then directed to the wrong rooms, and as we moved through the property it became apparent that the hotel was poorly maintained. The hallways were dirty, with visible hair on the carpet, used towels and sheets left in the corridor, and an overall neglected atmosphere. Although the hotel is about a 10-15-minute walk from the night market, the surrounding area felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming, which was particularly concerning given that we were traveling with children. Before we were even able to properly view the rooms, staff aggressively insisted that we pay for a rollaway bed, which further added to the stress of the situation. The property itself was old, dirty, and not a place you want to stay with your family. Then, while the rooms initially appeared acceptable, we immediately noticed trash on the carpet and eventually small insects. At that point, several members of our group felt strongly that the conditions were not acceptable, and after approximately 30 minutes, the group collectively decided to leave. After all, people had traveled all over the world for this trip, and this stay defeated the purpose of a relaxing vacation. I contacted the manager, who was initially kind and understanding. However, when I explained that leaving was a group decision and that the property did not meet reasonable expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or service, the tone shifted, and we were told “I’ve never heard that complaint before” to “give the staff a chance and time” and was then accused of “having too many people.

This place seemed deserted when we arrived and thought we were at the wrong place. Staff is friendly, however some speak better English than others. The room off the lobby is just a large empty space which adds to the “deserted” feeling. The pool, although once in, is pleasant, seemed uninviting due to almost no chairs, scruffy landscape and an abandoned bar. There is a light in the hallway and with windows above your door, it’s like sleeping with a light on all night. Had to resort to an eye mask. The 3rd floor has pigeons roosting above (but thankfully they stop at night just in time for the Muay Thai fighting to start). If you stay Monday, Wednesday or Friday, you will absolutely feel like you are at the fight until it ends just past midnight. There is no getting around the announcers. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were spacious. There is also a fan which is a nice addition to the AC, and very small patio. We had a couple issues that were immediately addressed (like no hot water and our key wouldn’t open the door) and fixed quickly so that was helpful. They advertise “a great view” but we had yet to determine what exactly that view was. I would not stay again or recommend the place but it was fine for a couple days. See above

My friend and I chose to stay here because we missed our outbound ferry. It was a stay borne purely out of necessity. It's apparent that this hotel is an unfortunate victim of the pandemic. We saw no other guests when there. The pool had not been maintained - though if there are no guests then why would you? Staff were polite and present during check-in and check-out. The room was clean and met our needs. Bottled water was provided with thanks.
