They found my speaker. They contacted me to be able to give it back. When trying to arrange this they ignored all my messages. unhappy.

Cleanliness, staff The ocation is way too far from the main Ao Nang beach area. Too noisy. The lack of a smart TV for access to online streaming platforms.

The rooms were very clean and had everything you could need, from comfortable beds to onsite breakfast and hot showers. It was a bit difficult to communicate to the staff. We asked for a rollaway bed on booking and they agreed but when we arrived the room was not possible to fit three people so it was a bit of a mess to try to move around things to manage all of us.

The owner and staff were exceptional from greeting us until we left. All smiles. Huge weekend market across the street. Small local restaurants near by. Easy to get Grab and Bolt to AoNang Beach etc. Maybe a bit far to beach area but that that made it less busy…. So.. in the end it was great!

Worth the price and comfortable. All the facilities were good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi had some connection issues occasionally

Close to many restaurants and around 20min from the beach (by foot). Internet was not working in our room (or working very slow and rarely), also shower problems - cold water.

Staff (extremely friendly, helpful in sharing closest store, pharmacy/help when spouse got sick, tour suggestions, etc.) Space/large rooms rooms (the bedroom area, closets, bathroom, etc. were all larger than average) Very clean and liked the tile since often coming in from beach Only AC was in your room itself so was hot in other parts of hotel and took a few minutes to cool down since power and thus AC unit can only run in the room while you are present

It’s a really clean and spacious place. The women at the reception are really kind and attentive. The room was big and clean. It has a spacious balcony. My stay was very pleasant. I recommend the hotel 100%! The location was a little bit far for the centre, but if you rent a motorcycle you will be there in 5 minutes

The Residence was perfect, the Staff so nice and helpfull. The room was cleaned daily, pool was clean and refreshing. What I liked the most was location. It is not in the tourist area, more local but in area bursting with life. Parking was provided in the premisses. Overall - perfect! Thank you for letting me stay in your Residence! Nothing

The staff were lovely and very helpful! They helped us book a boat to our next destination and were able to give information and things to see and do. The breakfast was good and the pool and garden area was really great too! The location isn't the best, but it's close enough that you can walk to the busier areas. Just the location, but honestly it wasn't too bad at all. Just not ideal. Otherwise, this hotel was great!

Cleanliness Noise from outside, i.e., motorbike, mosques loudspeaker in the early morning, language barrier end up i have to wait someone who can speak limited english that caused delaying to provide resolution

Do NOT get a scooter through the hotel. We did and it was a mess. The communication was not good for returning the scooter. We would recommend getting a scooter through a separate scooter rental.

Facilities were very clean and modern. Breakfast was good and staff were super friendly, helpful and always smiling. There is also a pool but I did not use it. AC was great and water pressure in shower was good. Has to move rooms second night from second floor to ground level and there was quite a few mosquitos in room 103 but I was out most of the day and only returned to sleep.

It’s a little far from the tourist places and the bathroom comes out of the shower water
