The rooms are dated, and there was a lot of construction happening on our building (we assume) we were on the first floor but could still hear the constitution on the roof all night.

Great service & comfortable rooms. Breakfast is great. Gym is totally enough for some trainings.

Resort is really nice, pool is heated and has shade in the morning. We had a perfecf time here The only downside is it's a bit remote. There are a couple of restaurants and a market close by though.

All the little things that ramp up the experience. Extremely caring and welcoming staff. Excellent food in restaurant with gorgeous presentation. Complimentary shuttle to Ao nang. Afternoon tea/snacks. Could do with more lounge chairs.

Breakfast is an amazing spread, something for everyone which included both Thai and western choices. The pool is luxurious! What struck us as a family is how well the structures of the hotel integrate with the natural beauty. There are water features, flowers, trees, and a big lawn. It’s almost as if the physical buildings were built around the existing nature. The rooms are outstanding: spacious and intimate at the same time.

This is hotel exceeded our expectations and I'm disappointed that I didn't book for a longer stay here. What I liked: * Right from the staff at reception, the dining staff, the cleaning staff, everyone was so friendly which sets the tone. * This hotel gives "resort" type feels. * The rooms are so spacious and the decor is authentic and classy. Enough space for suitcases and not to feel like you have to walk around luggage and furniture . " The beds are huge in size. We booked 2 rooms. Although we had to change one of the rooms due to an issue in the room, this was fine seamlessly and didn't dampen our stay there *The bathrooms were clean, bright and airy, with amenities provided. " I liked that the hotel provides a clothes drying rack for swimwear and towels which makes it convenient *There was a variety of options to choose from for breakfast and being vegetarian, our choices were not limited. * The nearby beach was the best, as it was not overcrowded. It was clean and the water crystal clear. Even the restaurants in the area provided a wide variety of food and we were able to even enjoy a fire show in the evening near the Italian restaurant. * The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from Aonang at certain times during the day,but you have to book in advance. This was good as its a good way if securing your spot. AONANG is so busy in comparison to the Klong Muang area and I'm glad we chose to stay here, so it felt like we were on holiday and away from the noise. * The hotel provided a luggage storage facility on our check out day, as we book a phi phi island boat trip. This was at no extra cost Only complaint I have, and this is more an Individual preference thing, is that the beds are too low. My husband and sons are about 1.9m tall, the bed was very low for them. But once in the bed, it's a comfortable sleep.

Staff were super helpful. The pool area was lovely. The room was spacious with a nice balcony. Nice breakfast also. Not much within walking distance (7 Eleven and one or two restaurants nearby). Expected more of a fruit selection for breakfast.

- Super attentive and friendly staff - Comfortable rooms and plenty of facilities for a great stay - Free shuttle busses to/from Ao Nang and free bicycles - Excellent breakfast buffet that also includes thai recipes The beach across the street is not one for swimming. However, you can easily borrow their bicycles and go north towards Tubkaek beach.

The service was very good, it’s also designed very nice with the trees and gardening. Breakfast was good and they provided free bicycles The beach is not really welcoming, if you want a beach better go to klong muang nearby, the balconies could be more comfortable

Everything! The staff was amazing, helpful, and lovely. The architecture of the rooms is very unique, I've got a very spacious "Chinese sytle" suite. The breakfast was good, there was something for everyone. The pool and the garden wa really great.

It was a lovely location ,the pool access was lovely ,although people next door had to go across our room to go to breakfast or chose to ,wasn’t to big ,breakfast great options ,staff were super friendly and accommodating The room smelt musty and was very dark Towels didn’t look white but were definitely clean
