A bit cramped. No light in the corridor

Stayed in March 2026. The soundproofing indeed doesn't seem great, but we had no issues with other guests and had a nice and quiet stay. The street was generally quiet, with few cars.

Breakfast was not available even when we were ready to pay. Kitchen was not very well equipped. Cupboard was flimsy with very less storage. Some staff do not speak English.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The instructions we received before to enter the building and get the key card were very clear. The location is good, in the Jewish quarter and the apartment is very close to public transportation and the Schindler Museum. The room is quite small, and the beds were very soft — too soft for our taste. The kitchenette could have more utensils (such as smaller pots and bowls).

Good location, no street noise. The information provided in the room provided an incorrect password for the Wi-Fi connection.

The shower head uncomfortable, the sink is always clogged. The bathroom door handle is very sharp and cuts your skin when you bump into it because it is a small room. The bed matress, that is like a marshmallow,is terrible. Too expensive for such experience.

spacious room, good personel, comfy bed, very clean furniture and floor old and dirty, super bad soundproofing and no blackout curtains

Very tasty breakfast, pleasant staff. We can reach the center of the city in 15 minutes walk.

Very good place, clean, confort access.kind and friendly reception ?? There is only public parking with payment. But this is normal in the centre of Krakow.

This is my second time staying in this place. I really appreciate quality and price. Just 10 minutes walk from the cozy Kazimierz district in the city with lots of bars and restaurants. However the hotel is in a quiet place, so you can rest without any big city noise. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Some bottles of water as a hotel compliment would be nice to have, especially in the hot summer

Had a fan, jug and a fridge. The shower worked well. It was close to the sights I wanted to see (Oscar Schindler's Enamel Factory). The room was spacious especially for a solo traveller. Breakfast was extra but extremely reasonably priced and tasty. Nothing really. The only minor issue I would mention would be the mattress. A bit too soft for my liking. Otherwise a great place to stay river walks close by.
