Hostel Graffiti

Nothing, this was awful and honestly the sooner this place closes, the sooner world peace is solved. This is a disgrace of a place and SHOULD NOT and I mean SHOULD NOT be allowed to stay open I barely stayed here for 2 hours and I really don't have all day to right everything. So I'mma just list some of the stuff we saw: 1: No soap in the toilets 2: Mould in the fridge in the common room 3: Dirty sheets 4: Dirty blankets 5: The nighbourhood itself was extremely dodgy 6: You can hear outside and everyone on the outside can hear you 7: Beds that were so uncomfortable I felt like I was sitting on bare wooden planks 8: Ants, everywhere, especially on the window sill coming into the room 9: When pointed out there were ants on the window sill the staff members seemed like they couldn't understand why that would be a bother 10: Unclean room 11: There was a smell of old ciggarettes that permeated throughout the entire place and oozed from our pillows. I grew up in the bush, I sleep on dirt for fun and even this place felt uncomfortable to me. Honestly this place lacks cleanliness and if you really need to sleep anywhere on at this cheap price, then honestly I'd reccomened using that money to black out in a random park. At least that way you wouldn't get eaten by ants or die from the chronic ciggarette smell that littered the place

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The cafe downstairs is also great.

Location and communication with the staff online and also offline Room heating can be slightly better. WIFI signals were not there in my room especially, but were OK in the kitchen for example.

Nothing, except the location I recently stayed at this hostel, and unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. From the beginning, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that significantly affected my stay. The room door was broken, which raised concerns about security. My room was located directly opposite the washroom, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the day. Additionally, the washroom door could not be locked due to a broken lock, which was very inconvenient. The kitchen area was also not clean and had an unpleasant odor, making it uncomfortable to use. As for the bed in my room (as shown in the picture), it was extremely uncomfortable. The bed made loud squeaky noises throughout the night, and the mattress was so old and worn out that I could almost feel the wooden planks underneath. On top of this, the heaters were not working properly throughout the night. They only worked for about an hour, and considering that the temperature outside was around -15°C with snow, the room became extremely cold and uncomfortable, making it very difficult to rest. Overall, the hostel needs serious improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, heating, and basic comfort. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet my expectations.

it was good price but somehow they said they didn't get paid??? and I have never had that experience on booking.com. it was difficult to reach staffer any human until I was checking out the lady cleaning my room checked me out. Communication and verifying payment issue BEFORE I Left

There is no cooking

The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. Great value for a triple room. The shared outdoor area was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the graffiti art. The location isn't ideal, though also not that bad. The staff wasn't around at times when I needed them, and late check in was difficult.

An ordinary hotel/hostel. Bathrooms, kitchen, showers more or less in good condition. Relatively quiet street and a tram stop nearby. A bit worn down. The beds are squicky, some of them need fixing. The shower stalls only have curtains, no doors or locks.

Location is good and nice graffiti on the walls. The hostel could win the contest "How to equip the hostel the cheapest way?". Everything in the hostel was cheap and very bad quality: beds with broken slats, 5cm deep mattress, toilet seat so thin that it was bending when you sat on it, broken window that couldn't be closed and so on and so on. I spent there two nights and only met one member of staff at the very end of the stay. The person was cleaning the shared facilities and apparently also took the payment from me. Strange place to stay, you get what you pay for.

Good location Very disappointing stay here. We booked the private room with a private bathroom. When we arrived we went to use the shower and it was not working we reported this to the staff immediately and they said they would get someone out to look at it. The following day we had heard no update and if they had no intentions of having someone come to look during our stay they should have moved us to another room with a working bathroom or offered some sort of compensation. The communication with the staff was awful and rude, they’re response was there are other bathrooms on site (yes shared ones that I didn’t book) It’s ashame that the customer service was so bad because we would have booked again otherwise

Nice location and easy to book in. Place was clean. Matres was too soft.

Disappointing

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Hostel Graffiti. While my expectations for the hostel were not particularly high, I was disappointed by several aspects of my stay that I believe should be addressed. 1. Missing Towels: We were promised towels for each person, but they were not provided as expected. 2. Broken Shower: The shower was not functioning properly, and we only had access to cold water, which made the stay uncomfortable. 3. General Experience: Apart from these issues, the rest of the stay was acceptable. The reception staff was helpful and accommodating. Given these circumstances, I kindly request a response regarding how you plan to address these concerns. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your reply. they let us to left our luggage on the hostel The heater did not work, and his solution was to put an portatil heater, which was only working with cold wind.
