Stuff very helpful No barking facilities

Restaurant was excellent and the food was great. Thought the price of breakfast was on the high side. Not terrible but seemed a little high. Some of front staff were not as helpful as most were.

Great room, nice and big. Overall quite clean. Staff extremely helpful Small walk from the city, not an issue with public transport

When I arrived I was greeted by Jon who was very helpful. He mentioned that I had been upgraded to a larger room because booking.com said that rooms came with a bathtub or shower. There were only showers apparently. Anyway, the room was lovely and a good size. The walk in shower was great and I thought the lighting was nice too. Julia was very kind and so nice to talk to in the evening. She was able to give me directions to my next hotel. Johanna was very sweet to fill my water bottles twice. I had breakfast once and loved the Prosecco in the morning and the made to order omelettes. Tasty! I think the rooms could be updated. The carpet looks very old and throughout the hotel as well.

Staff is the only advantage about this hotel Room looks like cell , no window ! The door is the only source of light or natural air. Pillows were kind of joke , huge and uncomfortable!

Breakfast was very good. Helpful and friendly staff.

Coffee machine was broken

The receptionist looked tired, did not get that I previously visited the hotel, did not have an idea what kind of ID is acceptible to povide upon check-in. And the last, she passed us the cards without mentioning room numbers and meaningful guidance how to get there. That was sad experience.

Location is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Nothing.

However, the air conditioner was not working properly. I couldn't change or set up the temperature in the room, only the hotel staff was able to do it remotely. Also, the TV didn't work. In addition, it would be great to have at least one bottle of the fresh water in the room.

Great room and location. We arrived at 01:00 at night, receptionist allowed for a late check-out at 13:00 which was great. No parking options, street was full so had to park quite far away.

The towels and beddings were with stains and ripped.

They were able to accommodate a very last-minute weekend booking due to a sudden problem with my long-term accommodation, and were also able to extend the stay by one night at my request. Two of the reception staff members I interacted with were great, very polite. The third seemed a bit disinterested but wasn't overtly rude. I stayed in two different rooms. Both were cleaned very, very well - I've never seen hotel bathrooms looking that nice. The first room had a carpet that had definitely seen better days (it had clearly been vacuumed but was quite stained and needed replacing - but they said this room would be renovated soon so I bet that'll help). Front desk provided slippers upon request so I just wore them in the room and it wasn't a problem. The second room had a newer carpet and was in good shape; it also had a glass bottle of water which was a nice touch. Also appreciated the air conditioning, it was easy to adjust and even though it was quite hot outside the room stayed cool. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, not too close to the center, but still in a central place. Good breakfast. Nothing.
