room was very comfortable and equiped in all necessary items I generally like everything but one of the mornings there was someone on the phone outside, talking very laudly, cursing and that was disturbing

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel genuinely surprised me in the worst possible way. If this were a 2–3-star hotel, I would probably have lower expectations. However, when you book a 4-star hotel, you pay for quality, comfort, and cleanliness—unfortunately, I received none of these. One important thing to know is that Plaza Boutique Hotel does not have a reception on-site. If you need to leave your luggage, you have to walk to one of their other hotels. Early check-in is also not available. During my stay, I was accommodated in two different rooms at Plaza Boutique Hotel because the air conditioning broke down. I had to sleep for two nights in a room that reached 29°C. Eventually, I was moved to a room at Xerion (their other hotel) due to the air conditioning issue. What disappointed me the most was the poor level of cleanliness in both hotels. Neither room looked properly cleaned before my arrival. There were stains and splashes of unknown origin on the walls, dirty and sticky furniture, unclean drinking glasses, large visible stains on the carpets, and even someone else’s hair left on the shower glass. The bathrooms have no proper ventilation, which has caused mold to develop around the door frames. Overall, the rooms in both hotels felt neglected, unhygienic, and far below the standard expected from a 4-star hotel. It is very disappointing because this is the first hotel that has ever left me feeling so disappointed. I will never return, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend either of these hotels to anyone.

The hotel is beautiful, my second time staying here. It’s very clean and in good condition. It’s situated on an excellent location just outside krakow and has good walking distance to many things such as shops, the Vistula river and some lovely restaurants. The hotel feels very secure as it now has coded doors etc. I had a gorgeous view of St Joseph’s church from my room. Overall, the hotel is worth the money. I found it frustrating that the fire stick that plays Netflix, YouTube etc was not working. At night when wanting to watch TV it just kept saying it could not connect despite me trying everything. Don’t get me wrong this didn’t take anything away from the hotel it was amazing regardless!

The location is very accessible to different places like shops, transportation and tourist sites. It’s a self check-in or check-out hotel so no physical hotel receptionist that is easy to deal with.

Lovely bathroom and toiletries. Clean comfy bed. Large room. Lift on property. Ability for the neighbouring hotel to keep our luggage post check out for the day. Staffers check in. The code for my room didn’t work so had to put my phone on roaming to call the other hotel - after a 37 degree train journey not ideal. Check in details not sent til 2 pm of check in day - again not ideal. Huge stains on carpets ( I took photos) - carpet needs to be replaced.

The hotel is outside the centre but it's only a 25 minute walk to the main square, also located right next to tram stops. Room was spacious and perfectly clean. Beds were very comfortable, and air conditioning meant the room was always cool even when it was 35C outside. Bathroom facilities were superb except the hair dryer not working. Additions of an iron and a fridge were also great. Lack of staff was strange at first but certainly didn't detract from the experience, rooms are still cleaned daily including new bottles of water and clean towels. Breakfast being served in a different hotel may be awkward for some but there are plenty of other places to go right next to the hotel. No big criticisms at all!

The hotel is clean and room was very nice. Personal very available remotely 24 hours. The cleaner coming every day Gym also available for quests This hotel located not in quite place at all. The trams running few meters from room and making a lot of noise. Was very difficult to sleep well and relax.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location with many restaurants and near Wisla river. The check-in is humanless, but very straight-forward. I asked for our check-out to be extended by few hours and staff agreed to extend it, which was truly great. The facilities and the room itself are truly beautiful. Lots of marble, beautiful lighting and modern interior. It was honestly a joy to spend a night there. The check-out at 10am is a bit early. It would be much better to have it at 11am at least.

Excellent room with very comfortable beds and modern bathroom facilities. With proximity to numerous restaurants and bars and only a 10-15 minute walk from the Jewish quarter Plaza Boutique served as a perfect little spot for myself and my brother to enjoy one of the best holidays of our life. The radiators in the room did not work, and I would’ve liked better gym facilities. For example, an adjustable bench rather than one that is only flat, a wider variety of dumbbell and kettlebell weights, and a pull-up bar are necessary additions to the gym room.

Rooms clean There is no reception in the building and then once you arrive, you have to walk with your suitcases at least two blocks to get to the Xerion hotel for reception then after to walk back to your original booked hotel so if you have mobility issues this would be very difficult.. This is not mentioned in their advertisement. Also while they offer breakfast again, this is a walk to the same Xerion hotel so if it’s raining again, not very nice experience again this is not mentioned in the advertisement. The keypad at the front door sometimes didn’t work

The boutique word here doesn't have any positive meaning. The shower in my room leaked all over the bathroom floor. Their reception is in another hotel and so is their breakfast (5 minute walk). They have a 24h remote reception but they're usually slow to reply. I understand it is boutique but at that point just make it an Air BnB and don't list it as a 4 star hotel... For the same price I could book an actual hotel that is 3 stars and it would be a much better experience for my money ?‍♂️
