The description indicates that free parking and breakfast are included in the price. None of those were provided. No 24/7 front desk.

Reception is just in the afternoon probably for a few hours. In the evening: self-check in. So if you have any problem or queestion you need to call them..... The price is quite high for the room without breakfast.

2nd time staying here. Clean and cozy. Near tram stop. Zabka and cafes nearby. No mini-fridge. No A/C

Good location for the south of the city, Jewish Quarter and South of the River.

It's well connected, the staff is very friendly and the price is ok for the service. They didn't clean my room during my time there. The room is quite noisy.

Communication could be better. Basically, hotel has not answered to my requests in booking messages. Also, the reception is empty and closed most of the time, e.g. receptionist arrived and opened the door 5 mins before declared check in time. They have luggage storage, but I am not sure how anyone could use it when reception is empty most of the time. Also, soundproof is absent, heard everything from the street with closed windows and everything from the corridor with closed doors. Hot water was in a form of a poor small tickling spring.

Clean, room is big enough, beds are quite comfortable, has some kettle, cups and tea. Good location, close to the city centre. Good price. Street is some noisy but only in a day time so it didnt disturb us. Doesnt have elevator.

The place is really new and they are learning the business but they try to help and make everything fine.

I would have shampoo,soap etc. because people generally prefer to take a shower and have a rest the accomadation.

It was a comfortable stay. Very easy self check-in and check-out. The staff kindly allowed to check-out at 12 instead of 10 ? everything was clean. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious. The location is good. I recommend and will vstay here more next time I visit Krakow.

All good for its price, friendly staff, who helped picked a room that fits, everything is tidy. The interior is comfy, and the room had a nice view out of window. It was a pleasure to find mineral water, and coffee/tea in the room. Was kinda hard to find, but I guess it's the google maps app to blame. no throw-away-slippers just fyi, and dont expect any fancy soaps or shampoos.
