The only positive part of our stay was the reception staff. They were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay, and we appreciated the way they treated us. I did not enjoy my stay here. The apartment was not clean, and we found several spiders and other bugs in the room. I will attach photos as evidence. We were promised a river view, but our apartment (Level 2, Apartment 9) barely had any view of the river at all. This was very disappointing. The noise from the train was extremely disturbing, making it difficult to relax. The apartment also felt very cramped, and there was no parking available. To make matters worse, even the towels were dirty and stained. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Great little hotel. Good location. Nice staff. Good breakfast. The windows aren’t soundproof. The noise of the street, especially the trams definitely make ear plugs a must.
