Aparthotel Maargick

Great value for money. Clean, comfortable and quiet location. I got a room on the 4th floor (there is a lift, but bare in mind, the lift stops on half floors, so still a few steps to climb) The only tip I can give, maybe think of covering the glasses in the lift with dark foil, as it gets VERY hot inside during Krakow's hot, sunny days

Near to public transport station. Good brakfast. Verry small, doesn't look like the picture from booking site, at least our room. You can hear verry, verry wel when somebody from the other room takes showers. Late in the evening is not that great.

Pietrūka ledusskapis numuriņā un kondicionieris - bijām karstā laikā. Ļoti neizprotama un aizdomīga sistēma ar stāvvietas apmaksu, bet kopumā viss droši - apmaksājām atsūtītajā linkā. Brokastis viesnīcas kafejnīcā mums nepatika - neiesaku.

Easy access to trams. Nice people.

The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful. They assisted her with various questions and requests and always made sure she felt comfortable and well looked after. Their professionalism and genuine care made a big difference.

room nr1 is located on ground floor, and you can hear all the noise from both street and the hall, where the reception desk, entry and breakfast hall are located. so every time someone enters the building - you will hear it well. I could clearly hear every word from the girls on the reception. when someone go for a cigarette outside, you will hear it as well. the room was small, with ceramic cold floor, low tv handler , so you bump it with your head when you enter. The drinking water in the glass vase stinks. The request for room switch or refund for the next day was declined. it's probably not the worst for this money, but I don't think I will stay here again.

The location was great, the room was okay, nothing special but it was fine for two nights. Absolutely no communication and customer service! I was trying to contact the hotel in advance, they respond either with one sentence or not at all. In the end, I never got any response or confirmation from them which made my arrival pretty stressful. There's so many other places in Krakow where you can get a better customer experience so just avoid this place.

This is my second time in this aparthotel.I love the location and it is a very nice and safe stay for 2 woman. We had a beautiful view, the heating system is working well. The clenliness of the room was decent, but could be improved.

The shower could use deeper cleaning.

Good hotel with good price/value Good coffee and real good stuff I think it would be a good idea to collaborate with nearby cafés and direct guests there, possibly offering a breakfast discount.

Location also ok. I mean honestly i will not go to that property again. Cuz at night we heard noises like ringing the doorbell And i immediately saw the reviews on this property and saw people saying some people wanted to come inside their room too. I really got scared and couldn’t sleep properly there. I would have booked a hotel the really good ones in 10€ difference.

I really enjoyed this hotel, it exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was heating, hot water with good pressure, and I even had a balcony. The check-in process was simple. I will gladly come back

The apartment was very clean and quiet. Clean bathroom, great size. The location is good, close to the old city of Krakow. The bed size could have been a little bigger, considering that two adults need to sleep there.

We were at the best floor, the view was amazing, and the bed was so comfortable, the location was near at everything and also I liked that you are so close to a park and a river I would like more shampoo only

Clean enough but not the best

It's a very clean and quiet place. I was happy with the room - the size, the arrangement, the bathroom. Location was very good though not close to the main square. But just across the bridge from Kazimierz. I will surely use this place again. Lighting could have been better. Maybe I didn't figure out where all lights turn on, but I had a few lamps that I couldn't get to work.
