the junior suite was OK and suitable for 4 people, breakfast was generous, we had a lot of variety, and it was very good. the staff were mostly nice. the double bed in the junior suite was 140cm!! highly uncomfortable for two adults to sleep in together. I expected from a hotel to have at least a 160 cm double bed.

We were able to park right outside, the room was a solid anonymous chain hotel room, the breakfast was fine. Location was good Note to booking.com. They called me aggressively before travelling trying to make me cancel and book directly from them for the ridiculous reward of cheaper late checkout and some cheap alcohol. I was not interested, and as a result we were placed in room 101. Lowest floor right next to train tracks. Maybe drop them from Booking.com since they don't want to be there. The management could look into the staff training as well.

Very good hotel, very clean. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. You can pour yourself drinking water from the tap in the corridors. Rooms even have a thermose bottle you can bring the water in the room with. The breakfast has everything you need, not the biggest selection but you can get very well by with what they have

Spacious room, good location, you can reserve parking. The bathroom in smaller than ones in the apartments. One day they forgot to replenish the toilet paper.

The nightly rate offers fantastic value, making it an affordable choice without cutting corners. Additionally, every member of the staff was wonderfully kind, welcoming, and eager to help throughout the stay. The property is situated right next to a train line, which was a bit of a downside. As a result, you can distinctly hear the train noise passing by during daytime hours.

Fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from the main square and around 5 minutes from the train station. The hotel was lovely, with comfortable beds and everything you need for a relaxing stay. An added bonus for families is a great playground just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. A special shoutout to Taris at reception, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit even more enjoyable! A perfect base for exploring Kraków — highly recommended!

Super cozy and stylish place where we could fully recover after a long journey. An incredibly comfortable bed. Located just in 5 min walking from Krakow Glowny main train station and Galeria Krakowska shopping mall, as well as 10 mins walking from the central square. Awesome breakfast and super helpful staff! I would stay here again definitely.
