Parkside Apartments Old Town

We had two rooms here - one apartment for four and a double room. Both rooms were excellent, comfortable and well equipped. The location was excellent - we walked everywhere. And you get a 10% discount at Ribs on Fire...thoroughly recommended! Nothing

I liked everything about the stay.staff is very polite and helpful.rooms were very clean and tidy.location is excellent

Location was good No air conditioning, so had to keep windows open and streets were noisy, but wasn’t enough to say not to go back

Helpful staff and close to the Old Town area. The two bedroom apartment was small but fine for traveling. A small washing machine - it was useful and once educated about the machine it worked well. Parking was easy - underneath the building. Everything was good.

Great location Overall good but curtains did not block out light as only day blinds. The shower is dated and shower head not effective at all resulting in water leaking out into the bathroom

Location and cleanliness Just a small two bedroom. The king bed was a circle in a room. You had to crawl over the bed to get in. No space to get out on the side. Apartment gets very bright at 5 am.

Great value for price and great location. Clean and comfy bed. Elevator, left luggage, and wine and water waiting for us. Only that either a pod coffee maker with pods left or grounds left for use (or advice to bring own grounds) would have made it exceptional value

Location was great, bed was comfortable, convenient store next to entry which was nice since we had a kitchen. Just a suggestion- they should have more explanation of parking and how upon arrival. Also had lots of pots but no fry pan so more variety would be nice :)

Excellent comfortable apartment great location Just a small thing couldn’t stream anything though there would have been an option with tv to use apps like Netflix ,prime etc

I loved how they provide the toiletries, even some complements like wine and bottles of water, tea/coffee. Nothing

Everything was great. Location is perfect. But the best part was the staff. Extremely helpful and professional. Room was great with a little patio. got fridge and washer. Room even came w bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water. the shower was a bit small so i kept bumping into the handle and either turned off water or changed temp. but this is a minor complaint

Great location, clean and comfortable. The shower did not drain very well. I had to turn off the shower while in it to prevent overflowing onto the bathroom floor. Limited amount of pillows.

Location was great. Only a 10 minute walk from Old Town Square. It was quiet. Didn’t hear neighbors. Has a clothes washer though not a dryer. Has air conditioning. A large shower. A large refrigerator, microwave and dishes to prepare basic meals. The large bed didn’t have bed sheets but just a comforter.

Location is perfect. Close to everything but not inside the main square. I came alone but the apt. Fits for even 4 people. They have everything needed.

Convenient location, secure parking, spacious apartment. No control over the heating…plenty warm…just needed to open a window…but then there was some street noise.

Beautiful room! Very clean, spacious, nice design. All that you need to enjoy the even longer stay. Just regret that we didn't stay more. Enjoyed also a little surprise for our event. Exceeded our expectations!

Convenient location. Very friendly stuff. Everything inside have a big sign of wearing. Apartment was not in a good condition. Also heating system produced a lot of noise, but not heat. First night it was very cold to sleep. Next day we have received an electrical heater and then we were able to maintain comfortable temperature in the room. Expensive parking.
