High quality, clean, feels fancy

Check in was decent. Rooms were basic for a 5 star property. Staff tried their best to meet our requirements. Breakfast was suitable and staff and chef went out of their way to add to our veg diet. The room was not cleaned properly for the first three days and only improved once we complained. Sometimes we felt the hotel was short staffed as the phone to reception kept ringing on numerous occasions.

Location, cleanness, English speaking staff, quietness. Overall very pleasant stay. The hotel has "art deco" in the name It would be nice to have an art piece in the room ?

The hotel is excellent. But what makes a hotel wonderful? The staff. I want to personally thank Kamila and Maria they were phenomenal in every way! They arranged things for me, always with a smile. They tended to all my requests and nothing was too much. The pool and saunas are fabulous too! Thank you for the wonderful experience, all the best, love Sigal ❤️❤️ Nothing!

Outstanding location on the edge of old town. Spa was a nice treat after a full day of walking. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

The location is great. The rest must be improved The shower is bad even it has all this new electric things... You invested in the wrong things. The breakfast is nice but not good as you would expect for the price we paid. The bar is really low quality with only few drinks and not professional people.

I’m staying at this hotel for the third time and I’m not planning to change anytime soon. Everything here is truly outstanding. From the moment you arrive, the check-in process is smooth, quick and hassle-free, which always sets a great tone for the stay. The staff consistently go above and beyond — they are kind, attentive and always ready to help with any information or request. Their professionalism and friendliness make a real difference. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. The bed, in particular, is excellent — perfect for a great night’s sleep. The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from the downtown area, making it easy to explore everything Kraków has to offer. Breakfast is another highlight, with a wide variety of options, including delicious local dishes. Everything is fresh and well-prepared, catering to different tastes. Overall, the combination of great service, comfort, and location makes this hotel my top choice in Krakow. The staff are always helpful and welcoming, which keeps me coming back. Next time I’m in Kraków, I will definitely stay here again — for sure. n/a

Great stay overall. The location is excellent, very convenient and nearby restaurants..The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, which really added to the positive experience. Check-in was smooth and the property felt clean and comfortable. One small issue was that the toilet in the room did not work — it seemed like it might not have been connected to electricity or was broken. Hopefully this is just a one-off maintenance issue

The room size was perfect. The quality of the food was excellent. The decoration and interior design of the hotel was very nice and the bathroom top quality. Satff at the front desk, very helpful and nice. Expected feather pillows and comforter. Waitress's could simile at least out of courtesy, they all seemed very unhappy.

Everything was perfect.

Great location. Beautiful hotel. The sauna/spa/pool area was top notch! Room was very big and comfortable. High tech lighting and bathroom facilities. Staff was helpful and friendly in all interactions. Would definitely stay here again! Only complaint was that the restaurant was out of several dishes. We were excited to order room service and did two nights in a row and both nights they were out of several dishes. We were ultimately satisfied with the alternative choices but it was a bummer to have so many things out (literally 6-7 dishes between the two nights). To be fair, we checked in on a Monday and the kitchen said it was a busy weekend which is why they were out, understandable but disappointing for a "5-star" hotel.

Julian, our waiter and bartender is amazing! The saunas and pool were well maintained. The restaurant had delicious food. The room was perfect.

Spacious room, very nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast, and superb location.

Beautiful, clean

We liked the saunas, the pool, cleanness and the quietness. Coffee spoons were not in room. Also it would be nice if a corkscrew and bottle openers would be included inside the rooms.
