The room was clean. Quite fare from the old town.

It was a very clean room/hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. For us, the location was also great, because it is next to the Jagiellonian University and also just by catching one tram (18 or 52) you can go to the old town.

It was quite clean, the beds were comfortable, and for one night it was a pleasant place to recharge. A lot of things in the room were either broken, not working or in rough shape. In our room we had a door leading to the neighbors for some reason, and the door could be easily unlocked from the outside side.

Good location, next to the tram stop to go to the old town. As well as a large grocery store. Nearby is the swimming area Kąpielisko Zakrzówek.

Shower was combined with halway, and bed seperared by glass tinted doors. Wasnt too comfortable to not have to place toiletries across the shower.

Simple and easy parking, and the room was okay for a one-night transit stop. The pillows were extremely bad—just a single half-empty pillow, which is unacceptable for a good night's sleep and really needs changing. Additionally, breakfast was crowded with too many guests and not enough space to sit. During our stay, a heavy storm caused water in the underground parking, causing a bad smell in the lobby, though this was an act of nature.

The bartender. One hour before closing he said I can't make you a cocktail because it's too late. I asked for a beer and when I sat down I saw people ordering cocktails without any issue. And the smell there was terrible.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, close to big park. Too thin pillow. I would prefer to have at least 2 pillows per person.

Breakfast was great, staff were nice, easy to arrange airport shuttle although it was a little late. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The price was very solid and the location was not so far from centre. Took only 10 min by tram and 5 min walk to hotel from the station. For us the mattress was little bit soft but no problem to sleep.

Breakfast, location, room, beds, staff. Electric sensor in room cuts off every 15 minutes, you can’t lay, watch a movie, turn ac on without moving out of bed, You have to pay for park, even if you don’t want to because free parking is 15 minutes, and it’s impossible to check in, leave your bags in that time, ridiculous.
