Almost perfect aside from the shower they have to buy one and change it... I had to dry up my clothes to wear. Careful it was in room number 18, And The rest was perfect I still recommended this hotel...

Location is perfect for a weekend in Krakow. Staff wonderful. The lady at the reception eas incredibly kind! She prepared us a breakfast box as we had the flight really early in the morning. Wonderful!!

Complicated door opening, odd room interior layout, a bit dated rooms. But very clean comfy and perfect location

My phone charger died. Thankfully, a lady at the restaurant helped me look for one, but they didn’t have a USB-C cable. Another guest kindly lent me her charger and cable and I’m very grateful to her. I hope the hotel will consider providing phone chargers, at least in the public areas. This will help in such unexpected circumstances.

No elevator or ramp, so going with a trolley or wheelchair is problematic

The customer service is awesome, I was served tasty breakfast. I was offered to eat scrambled eggs and they had tasty coffee. The lady working at the buffet that day was super nice. Location is awesome, close to everything. The room was scary, the cables were connected in a weird way to a desk, it took me a while to figure out that the tv was connected to the extension and extension cable was connected to itself. It was not tidy.

Perfect location. In a quiet and beautiful spot overlooking Corpus Christ churchyard. Really lovely garden to relax in. Wonderful, caring staff. Homey, not sterile, and even slightly run down, but still great. I would go back in a second.

The staff was very pleasant and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent—just a 15-minute walk to the Old City. It was very convenient to leave our bags before check-in and after check-out. The breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel! None
