I had to leave and didn’t use the three days left I had and I asked them if they can give me the refund for those theee days and they stopped answering my messages all together. Very unprofessional and in some way dishonest

Clean bathrooms and very friendly hosts ,pretty convenient designated smoking area within the compound.

The beds were OK Everyone was Russian for some reason, the showers were kind of broke and the rooms are small. We also had to ask strangers from the building to open the door for us. 0 hospitality.

It was my second time staying at ALEX&TSA and I would stay here again next time I'm in Kraków. It's not too big, but it's clean, comfortable, close to the train station, and the owner is very friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable. I arrived late (after 11:00 pm) and the instructions to get in were not all that clear, but after a while the owner opened the door for me, so no big deal. The kitchen is well equipped, but it's a bit small and there's only two tables. However, it was never crowded during my stay, so that was not a problem. Towels are offered, but not for free. Rooms are small, but in my experience they were comfortable. In summary, I don't have strong negatives, but I mention all that as a reference.

Beds, rooms, roommates, no conditioner. Cant sleep well because we need to open a window, but its horrible noise. Beds are awful, forget about normal sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Miss Sisi was very friendly. Nothing

Cheap, close to the train station Not feeling welcome. I waited for a closed door and after calling by phone, nobody showed up. But i could not be ignored because when somebody entered the building, i entered also. Let's just say he was busy or he didn't understand me.

The only good thing is a location, next to the bus stop. Honestly, avoid. Dirty bathroom, the lady/owner was having beef with someone. The booked bed was given someone else…

Don’t make the same mistake as I did and run away from this hostel. There was a girl selling drugs in the kitchen and I woke up in the middle of the night with a couple having sex under my bed ?
