Need blacker curtains. Bathroom smelled weird something wrong with it. Location is okay, kinda out of the way. Scheduled wrong dates, property charges huge fee for rescheduling Overall for price it’s OKAY.

Spacious, beautiful and well-equipped room in a lovely building and area. A very comfortable base for exploring the city.

Check-in was very easy and smooth. This is not my first time staying in this apartment, and as always, it was beautiful, very clean, spacious, safe, and quiet at the same time. The location is perfect: very close to a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket, about a 10-minute walk to the train station and the mall, and around 15 minutes to the Old Town. The apartment owner is very kind, professional, and helpful. I will definitely book this apartment again on my future visits. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality! There is no elevator

The location it's very close to them central train station and to the central tourist area. The apartment is very comfortable and modern including very soft bed. When we arrived we couldn't get into the apartment because the code on the locker didn't work. We didn't have good internet connection and we didn't know what was the Wi-Fi. Took us quite a while to realize that was a room manager in another room It would be great to send Wi-Fi password on in the recommendation description.

The stay itself was acceptable: the room was clean, good value for money, and the location is convenient, close to the train station. However, after check-out I was shocked to receive repeated messages from the property accusing me of theft of a part of a capsule espresso machine (something hardly worth stealing in the first place). They demanded 100 PLN through an external Stripe link — which is not a professional or safe way to handle payments and goes against Booking.com’s policies. I refused to pay outside of Booking.com, and only after several back-and-forth messages did they finally stop pushing me. This experience left me feeling unsettled. I want to warn future guests: while the stay itself may seem fine, you may risk being accused of damages or missing items afterwards and pressured into making payments outside of Booking.com’s system.

Nicely furnished, close to the train station without being too close. Tiny little televisions, very sad.

Bathroom was awesome. Nice, clean, no problem. Main bed was comfy and plush. Nice furnishing, quiet, no smelly stuff. Fold out bed was super uncomfortable and useless. 3 of us had to use the main bed! No elevator and had to walk up two stories. Balcony was kinda gross with bird poop & shared--useless.

I liked everything about this acommodation: the location is in a quiet area but very close to the botanical garden and main train station, they have a cosy garden, the room was clean, and spacious. The communication with the staff was great. Overall, a great value for the money I paid.

Very spacious rooms. The bathroom and shower were really large. Comfy beds. This time we stayed in a different room and felt the difference. The air conditioner was only in the bedroom, so we had to run it at maximum power for it to reach the living room. The bedroom didn’t feel cozy – it came across as a bit cold and impersonal.

Air con Offered a fold up bed. Twin sz. Refrigerator broken. I booked this specifically for this reason . Photos were different from advertising. Bed was hard and hurt our backs. We felt the hard metal springs. Knowing we were to walk up 6 floors before hand would have been good to know. I have difficulty with stairs. So show which floor before in description would be decent so older people don't book with you. No ventilation in shower. Had to open windows to let steam out.

It was very clean and comfortable, good location. We had additional sofa/bed. There was a coffee machine which is important for me. It was a nice stay at good price. Thank you! Maybe that there was no elevator but not so bad if don’t have heavy suitcases. For short trip with little luggage is fine.

Enjoyed the spacious studio, nicely updated with AC in high ceilinged room in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had good space with large table and 4 chairs, but plates and utensils were available for only two people. Sink was tiny. (But that was not a problem for me as I did not cook. Lots of take out places in the mall next to train station) The apartment building was located less than 10 min walk from the main train and bus station if you walk through quiet residential neighborhood. Carrefour Express was on the way from the station and I found it very convenient. There was no lift and I had a third floor apartment. However, the management company was located in the same building and I was able to leave my large suitcase downstairs with them during my stay there. Also the building and apartment had a keypad entrances. After walking three flight of stairs up, I found the keypad for the apartment did not work, and I had to go down again to ask for help.
