Brama Hostel

The location is in the old city, but it is also close to the train station. All was fine. The staff was very friendly. Maybe the furniture was quite old, but it was not sufficient. Overall, all was good.

Very nice staff, location convenient to train station and tourist attractions, big room with tables, kettle, tea, coffee... No AC but a big fan was good. Good communication via Booking. No elevator (though staff offered to help with luggage)- ok for me but be mindful if older or with physical limitations. Kettle had a lot of sediment - this can be easily removed so I hope it is cleaned.

The room was large and comfortable, right in the middle of the old city. The hostel is right next to tram stops and the train to the airport is only a short walk away. Because the room was facing the main road, during the night it can get very loud. There was no ac but the fan can help a bit. The room was a bit dirty.

Location - best, city center + railway was important for me quite old styled , shower needed cosmetic maintenance a bit

Great location and staff perfect accom for what I needed and just about to make 2 more return bookings for Oct. This is The only place I will ever book when I come to Krakow. No lift just big stairs and I was 3 storeys up which is very difficult for me at my age and mobility. Reception told me when I return in Oct I can request bottom floor

Staff were so lovely and accomodating - 11/10! Location- 11/10! I understand it's a budget accommodation but please include at least a fridge in the room! Us youths are travelling on a relatively tight budget, having a fridge and maybe a microwave would have made eating much easier and affordable. The building is gorgeous and historic so I understand slightly old and worn areas around the room/bathroom plumbing.

The location was excellent, just five minutes from the main square, and with everything, including the station, within walking distance. Although on the main pedestrian street, the spacious room was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and there was always plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were very friendly, and I was able to leave my bag with them as I arrived in Kraków several hours before check in time. They even let me know that my room was ready early Nothing

The location and the price were fantastic. The bed and the bedding were comfortable. The staff was very nice too. The room was huuuuge It could do with a better hoover, the TV aerial stopped working half way through and it needed me to log in to all the other apps like Netflix or Prime. I couldn't be arsed
