There's no sign (name) of the hotel on the side of the building. It's at the end of the dead end street so, you won't see the name of the hotel unless you're really in front of it.

Lovely and friendly staff at the reception, nice quality for its price and convenient location just 10 min. from the train station and tourist attractions. Totally recommend. Noises from the railway station, but it's not a great problem

The hotel is very close to the railway station and open at night. The breakfast is nice, the beds are comfortable. The noise from the trains is quite noticeable, but it was expected

The hotel was close to the Old Town, as well as the train station and the Galeria Mall. The staff was really kind, and would offer info about the tourist attractions in the town, and they were willing to keep an eye on my luggage while I wasn't checked-in. The breakfast was pretty good as well, offering both Polish and International options, and the hours were really reasonable. The room was also clean, it had an interesting architecture. It was lovely waking up to see the sky. The area was pretty quiet, despite the train near it. Also, you could hear from the hotel the trumpet from the St Mary Basilica. All in all, I really enjoyed my visit. I suggest it to everyone, especially if you never went to Krakow before. Many of the Krakow hotspots are near the hotel, in a 20-min walk. The fridge wasn't working. To be fair, I didn't notify the staff that it wasn't working, so they didn't get the chance to fix it.
