Hotel Vistula

close to public trans and free parking it was very hot in Krakow and no AC but evenings it kooled down

The hotel is in a beautiful location right next to the Vistula River. It was very clean and peaceful—surprisingly quiet, in fact. I slept like a baby. Although we had a small language barrier with one of the evening staff members, everything was sorted out the next morning with another member of staff. They were very helpful and made sure our issue was resolved. The breakfast was delicious, and overall we had a very enjoyable stay. The only minor issue was the language barrier with one of the evening staff members. However, I understand that not everyone is expected to speak English fluently, and our issue was resolved quickly the next morning. It didn't affect my overall experience or my rating of the hotel.

On the river, breakfast ok. No air conditioning, dirty/stained carpets, unfriendly staff.

Free parking is definitely a plus. I wouldn't pick this place otherwise due to it's poor communication to the city center. I only stayed in the hotel for the night, but the infrastructure around looks nice. My biggest disappointment was with the breakfast. This was the main reason I picked this hotel. Those photos in the ad are far from reality. There's only a single lady taking care of cleaning and refiling the food, which ended up with empty plates and things missing. When we got there, there was a single slice of bread, so we had to wait a few minutes. Everything is very old. I saw a single Access Point at the beginning of the corridor and as my room was the last one all the way in the end of that corridor, of course the WiFi didn't work in my room. They definitely need to clean the shower drain; with so much hair in there, the water simply won't drain.

Very peaceful, spacious, clean and beautiful hotel with free parking, great breakfast, and excellent service. Everything was great for us.

The bed was very hard. The room was pretty cold, even with the thermostat all the way up.

A very nice, quiet place at the edge of the city, with detailed instructions on how to use public transport if needed. Staff speak multiple languages and very attentive. Also there's a gas station 50 meters from the entrance. I literally cannot think of anything. Krakow's traffic was bad, but that is not an issue any hotel employee can solve, so no complaints. :)

Relaxed feel to the accommodation, staff very nice. Lovely cat greeted us at the door, location very pretty on river. The access is a little hard to find and tricky to negotiate down a steep narrow road to the hotel.

The location is very nice, the price is very good, the room was very clean. I think an air conditioner would be great in the room and maybe the furniture is a little bit old, but with all of these, everything was nice
