The design and cleanliness of the hotel, the bed was very comfy, I also liked that there was freee coffee and tea at the Lobby. we added breakfeast at the hotel which was good. The sauna was nice. I felt like it was a bit far from the old town center but there was a tram station nearby.

Free coffee, tea and water available 24h from the machine. Wonderful breakfast with different option of food, you can also order a la carte! The beds are really confortable I asked for a quote room and they gave us a room really noisy because It was under the air conditioning engine room of the hotel! They finally changed our room for a Better One but i could still hear the others guests coughing from the opposite room. Probably they have not a good soundproof

We loved the spot within walking distance of almost everything. The rooms were very clean. Very good breakfast and great idea the supplementary coffee and tea stand available all day long. The reception officers were very smiley and polite. Overall made our krakow visit very pleasant.
