Staff is friendly, room size is great, fresh tea & water every day, kettle, safe. Sauna didn't work even though it is one of the features. The walls between rooms are very thin, so it was extremely easy to hear people talking and snoring in other rooms. Breakfasts were okayish but didn't taste great compared to similar priced hotels. The selection of warm food was really poor. Location is iffy if you are traveling to visit krakow as a tourist. The trip to center will likely take 30+ mins. Also, there is no fridge in the room for some reason.

Nice facility, nice staff, tasty breakfast. The bad soundproof of the rooms. We had to wake up early in the moning along with other clients due to the loud noise of their voices (they were just speaking normal to each other).

Nice environment and many trees are surrounding the hotel Internet connection was very poor, very slow and disconnecting many times automatically.

A spa without a spa. Ridiculously, there was no jacuzzi or a sauna in a spa resort. There was no treatments included with the stay and the room was tiny and tight. The shower was missing shower gel and the staff is rather uptight. The treatment prices are overinflated and the location is very poor (15 minute walk from the nearest public transport). Luckily it was only a one night stay as a test during our trip and we will not be coming back.

Rooms were nice and big with nice decor. Nice open area, ample of parking place. Spa services are really good. Could be more indoor facilities for kids to play. Also, the breakfast could be slightly better.

Good breakfast. Spacious rooms. Quiet surroundings and walking distance to tram line. Ideal for traveling by car.

Property was great, breakfast was good. Unfortunately no lift so abit of an issue with luggage. Room is outdated.
