Everything else was ok.

Clean room (and cleaned daily), very practical location (close to the main train station and near the historical city center). I really appreciated the fact that the floor was not carpeted and the beds were comfortable. Nice staff who made the most to answer all our questions. I'm used to it so I didn't mind and warned the friend I was with, but the fact that Polish rooms usually don't have shutters can be a problem for foreigners who are not aware of that and could want to sleep in. There also was some renovation/cleaning work done on the façade with a man who was hanging right outside our window. Would have been nice to know about the beforehand.

Very convenient location when you arrive to Kraków by train. Small but very clean room. Just enough for a short stay. Breakfast available :) Very pleasant receptionists. I truly value the option of leaving my suitcase for a few hours after I checked out.

Fantastic value for money and a great location Basic and not as fancy as some hotels but very clean great location and a great price. Would definitely stay again

Parking was hard to find and paid extra, no instructions were provided ahead of time and we spent time searching for it. The room was clean but smelled of chlorine detergent which was quite irritating.

Great location, clean and spacious, friendly staff. And they give you a free krakow magnet when you check out!

Every thing None

While the room is small, it has a refrigerator, kettle, and AC. The breakfast is prepared individually. Tiny bathroom. You cannot stand up straight as it hit the sink.

Great location and just what we needed! It looked a little unappealing from the road but it was fab for what it was. Great value for money and we felt safe and welcome.

Cleanliness, good breakfast with big portions and big coffee included. It was extremely close to the city objectives. Great stay. Contrary to what others have reviewed, it was not loud in the room. Indeed it is close to the city centre therefore noise is normal but we travelled during festive times in Krakow and honestly there was no noise whatsoever. Nothing bad to say. Maybe the pillows and the mattress can be improved. We only stayed 1 night therefore everything was great. However maybe for longer stays it is not that comfortable.

The slanted wall above the bathtub, I couldn't straighten up while showering.

We had a really enjoyable stay here. The location is excellent—perfectly positioned for tour pick-ups, and within easy walking distance of the main shopping square, as well as both the train and bus stations. It made getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. We were there for four nights, and the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided, which we really appreciated. A special mention goes to Marta on reception, who was absolutely lovely. She was so friendly and helpful during our stay, and even went the extra mile by writing a little note on our packed lunch for one of our trips—a really thoughtful touch that made our stay feel more personal. Unfortunately, there were several downsides. The biggest issue was the room itself, which was very disappointing compared to the photos online. The images appear to show the upper-level suites, whereas the standard rooms are much smaller and extremely basic. There was no proper storage—just four coat hangers between two people and nowhere to hang them except hooks at the end of the bed. There was also barely any floor space to move around. The room amenities were not very practical either—for example, the kettle couldn’t be filled in the bathroom sink as it didn’t fit under the tap. We were located on the ground floor opposite the café (breakfast area), and the noise was a real problem. Staff were frequently in and out of storage cupboards even late at night and early in the morning, with constant noise from keys, plates, and footsteps. We could also hear other guests clearly, including conversations and chairs scraping from rooms above. Service in the cafeteria was also disappointing. The staff came across as quite unfriendly, and on one morning they forgot our takeaway breakfast despite us ordering it the night before. When it was eventually provided, it was incorrect, which was particularly frustrating as we had an early start for a trip. We raised concerns about the room at reception when we arrived and were told that the online photos are a mix of suite images and standard rooms. In hindsight, had we known what the standard rooms were actually like, we wouldn’t have booked. We were celebrating a joint 40+ birthday trip, so the lack of comfort and privacy was disappointing. Thankfully, we made the best of it, but overall the room felt more like a basic hostel than a hotel stay. In summary, while the location and some staff were great, the misleading room photos, noise issues, and inconsistent service would make us think twice about staying again.

The place was central to everything especially next to St. Florian and the train. Nothing except the curtains that didn’t darken the room much.
