Great location close to the city center and literally a 5-minute walk to the train station and main tourist attractions The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel's reception is in a completely different place, and no one told me about it.

The reception was ok and the location is very close to the city center and train station. It was one of those days when temperatures in Poland exceeded 35°C, and unfortunately, the room had no air conditioning. Since it faced the sun, it became unbearably hot throughout the day and was still extremely warm when we arrived. Sleeping there was nearly impossible. Even the corridors were uncomfortably hot. What was most disappointing was that nobody warned us about the lack of air conditioning or suggested an alternative room. In my opinion, rooms like this should not be rented out during extreme heat, as they are simply not suitable for guests.

Clean, well located room only 50 meters from the main train station and 200 meters from the Old Town.

The location has an amazing location next to everything you need to visit? just be careful the parking ?️ s not included in the price ? you will need to add around 90 pln for a night ? I had to pay extra for the parking ?

The location is really convenient for short-term Krakow visits. The main railroad station is 3 minute walk, and the historical old town is 5-7 minutes away. There is a 'Zabka' food-store across the street - which is also very useful. The breakfast option is misleading. This property doesn't include a dinner hall, so you'll get your breakfast delivered to your doorstep as a food box. It just doesn't make much sense this way - as you can buy the food-box in Zabka for 2/3 of the price (and have much more control over what you are going to eat this way).

I arrived late at night and unless I had a phone signal, I would not have got into my room. The Reception was across the road which I wasn’t made aware of in advance

Nice place, so close to the train station. No a/c but we didn't need it but maybe in the hotter months you may.

The bedside lamp might have had a working bulb :-(

Love the location across from the main train and bus station and connected to the galleria shopping mall. It's an easy walk to the tourist parts of town as well as local attractions. It's an older building and the walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbors talking, snoring, fighting - whatever.

The Location was excellent and the water cooler in reception. The bed were uncomfortable and like sleeping in a ditch in mattress and the beds were falling apart. There were spider websites everywhere and the walls were dirty.

Second time we've stopped here. It's basic but clean, in a great location. Would gladly recommend it to others x
