Absolutely beautiful property. Older but to be expected. Had AC which it has been hot during this trip so that was terrific. Bed and pillows were ok. I forgot to ask for a second pillow and the ones we had were really flat or extremely thick. Location was fantastic but it did come with no real Parking except what you can find nearby. Breakfast area was clean! And the had a small Elevator that took us up to room 13 on 3rd. Hard to find parking then walking luggage back to the hotel. Yet if you travel light may not be an issue. We were in a two week stay in Europe so we had 2 luggages. Bathroom was on small side. Shower was fine just a smaller one, and the toilet was placed pretty well under the sink a ways. Just odd but it worked.

Great location, really friendly staff, and a lovely finish in our room. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and well looked after, which made our stay feel easy and relaxing. The team were welcoming throughout and happy to help whenever needed. Overall, a great place to stay and somewhere we’d happily recommend.

Perfect location, perfect room and bathroom. Lovely reception! Bed was a little hard for me personally.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable . All hotel employees were very friendly and always were ready to help. We loved the breakfast that consisted of many delicious treats.

We stayed in the delux room, and the view is great. Comfy beds, very clean. The brekfast was nice, a bife style, with plenty different things to choose from. The ceiling in the room is very low. If you are a tall person, you would not be able to stand straight. This should be in the description of the room in my opinion.

What a delightful room!! Top floor. Sunroof where I could see the stars at night, but also blinds to keep the light out when I finish sun gazing! Highly recommend. No complaints at all! None

- The best advantage of the hotel is location, it is practially at the heart of the Old Town in Krakow, very close to everything! - It was very clean - Veeeery spacious bathroom - Breakfast was very good and at 7 am, when there was a start, it was already ready (not always the case) - I was surprised to see that there is no lobby whatsoever, just 2 small tables next to the dining room - There is no way to get even coffee during the day as the kitchen only works for the breakfasts.

Excellent location, right in the heart of town, 50 metres from the square. Breakfast was good The bed was a bit close to the wall

Great staff!! Angelica was an amazing receptionist. She gave me some great recommendations to see as a tourist and restaurants that serve traditional polish food!! The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had!! 100% recommend the hotel and breakfast!

The location was perfect, the breakfast was very good and the staff were super friendly and helpfull Our room had glass window ceiling and due to temperature changes, water accumulated and leaked during the night
-
Comfy room, old town center location, quietness. Nothing.
-
Terrific location right off the main square. Room was big and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast generous and a ton of variety. And the staff were so very helpful. The room did get pretty hot even after we turned off the heat. 3rd floor will do that. We opened the window but the street was pretty noisy.

The staff was very friendly and helped us with what we needed. The breakfast was pretty good. The hotel has fantastic location, we could walk to most of the famous attractions. nothing really

A spacious, cozy and very clean room, tastefully decorated; the bed was really comfortable; the staff were very polite and helpful and the communication was easy as they all spoke English. And the best part about this hotel is its location: barely 20 meters from Krakow's old town main square! So, highly recommended!
