The staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was perfect! Surrounded by bars and restaurants but much quieter than the old town area, perfect for us! Easily accessible by trams and taxis, was great! The room was decorated for my 30th birthday which made it even more special! Nothing!

The rooms were very nice and clean. The downstairs was wonderful where they served breakfast. The location itself was in a very interesting location.

The shower is not good at all. You pick the temperature (Eg: warm), and when the water is hitting you it becomes very hot or very cold, it keeps switching. If you are showering and someone flushes or uses the sink, the shower changes temperature as well. The blow dryer in our room was not working properly.

The staff were amazing! They helped us with everything we needed! The breakfast was amazing and the room was very nice and spacious. It was a bit difficult to take out the hand soap in the room.
