Nothing Nothing - no towels for shower and did late check in and people other rooms noisy - never more - worst place ever
-
It's pretty far from the train station and had a crappy shower head with various temperature changes

Room was nice, the beds were clean and everything worked. A bit dirty behind the beds etc, there were pots and pans in the room but no kitchen to use it in.

The room itself was good. It wasn’t very spacious, but it had enough room and was comfortable for our stay. When we arrived, we had to wait about an hour to check in as there was no one at reception. There was also a weird smell when entering the building, which wasn’t very welcoming. Once the staff arrived, they had to bring each guest to their room individually, so there was more waiting each time as there was no one else available to assist.

I had a room to myself and I found it quite nice. Some stuff is clearly missing, like a bedlamp, but other things are really nice bonuses, like a iron and ironing board. Everything was clean and the receptionist did a great job showing me to my room (which is in a different building to the reception itself) The bathroom had some problems. While everything was super clean, the drain was clogged most of the time. There's also some construction going on on different floors, so if you stay in the room you could be bothered by it, but I didn't find it problematic myself.

Everything was okay

The secretary was very friendly Since we arrived (8:26 pm) a dog was crying all the night until 2/3 am, also some people arrived at 3 am and were really loud. And when we opened the bathroom it smells as drain/shit, we couldn’t shower and we had to brush our teeth’s in the kitchen. The towels were kinda dirty.

spacious room, clean, warm, beds were great and we had a good sleep, the got the room earlier, very friendly staff. It was an excellent stay! Thank you!!

The table, cups and spoons were dirty... Also bad smell in the bathroom

It was near to the center. Small and comfortable place.

The staff in reception so friendly and perfect location

Excellent location.

I did not have breakfast. Location is just perfect.

Great location and the room was very comfortable. There was no toilet paper in the room, but I'm guessing they just forgot. The only negative point for me was that at checkout if you want to leave your luggage (they have space) for a few hours they want to charge you for it. Not very hostel -like.

Worth it

The room was very nice and clean, with polite and helpful receptionists. A pleasant surprise was the kettle, mugs, and even some tea and coffee provided in the room—definitely a nice touch. Depending on which room you get, you might hear some street noise through the window, but not all rooms face the same way, so it’s partly a matter of luck. The biggest downside was the shared kitchen, which was very basic and lacked proper utensils and plates. Still, overall a quite nice stay. Everything about the room was top notch. The colors were beautiful. There was a mini fridge ,microwave and a water boiler even an ironer and it's table ,towels and shower gel and soap . The beds were comfortable and we had a portable air conditioner. The floor of the room was padded which i appreciated very much. We liked the view from the windows as well ☺️ When we were sleeping there were noises of trams passing by ,it wasn't a lot but the windows could use a stronger noise isolator or whatever they call it

Every thing is very nice

Shower was great. This was my mistake to be fair. I don't usually book this sort of accommodation. Small. Basic. Not that tidy. Noisy. People walking corridors all through the night talking. I flew in late so had to do the self-service check-in and this required going to two locations, two key codes all with luggage. Not really what you want to do late at night. Had a query on check-in details and nobody to respond. It was luck that I worked the issue out.

Only location was good Staff was rude, they gave me a wrong room and when I asked the one for which I actually paid for she was mad and pretty rude. I paid 274 pln for a very ugly, dirty and smelly room… doesn’t worth its price!!!! Seems like they do not clean the rooms and the stairs as well, it was very hard to breathe!
