The location is excellent and the hotel is very nicely maintained. Unfortunately, the TV in our room wasn't functioning properly. We couldn't watch some WC matches.

So impressed with all, staff very warm,helpful and friendly. Breakfast, choice and variety would not get better at a top hotel. Every where clean. Very hard to find a negative, We definitely recommend and will be going back.

too noisy - loud bar below hotel open late room was above a bar and super noisy all night!

Great location, very clean, room cleaned daily, abundant breakfast. Great water pressure in the shower. It would be nice to have a fridge in the room.

The hotel situation is about 15 minutes walk from Castle and square Sukiennice. Next to the holiday next door is a fantastic restaurant with polish food and also a Polish pub. Breakfast in the hotel is sooo good, definitely to have in the morning, staff are so helpful and friendly. Only we didn't spend more days in Krakow
