Host was very hospitable and ready to help, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. the room had 5 beds and 2 bedroom very good for a big family. I had a small balcony with a view to the see and the breakfast was served on the terrace with a view to the sea. Breakfast was good and plentiful. nothing

Clean and modern rooms, super comfy beds, and great location: quiet neighborhood, but very close to supermarket, beach, and center of Ksamil. The owners are wonderful people who helped us with additional requests that arose during our stay. We would come back, thank you!

We had a long and pleasant stay at Vila Eduart and we enjoyed every single day. The view from the balcony was perfect and the room was spacious and clean.

Owners were so friendly and helpful! Thank you for that. The room was clean and new. Location was also good, few minutes walk to the beach and restaurant. It was in quiet area. The reason why we dont giving 10, is because of the breakfast. It was just simple small breakfast - but thats I think in all Albania.

Very good location close to the beach and walk to town. Clean, bright room with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent but sadly doesn’t come with tea/coffee. They say they don’t accept cash and take credit cards so we were counting on this. Had to take out cash in the end because we couldn’t pay by card. I’d recommend updating this information on booking

Everything was perfect including breakfast. Close to the beach. The apartment is new and very nice.

I recommend this property. It is located very close to the entrance to Ksamil, so you are not affected by the crowd, you can easily find a parking space and the owners are very attentive to you and always available. The room is very clean and modern and the breakfast is varied.

We are very grateful for the hospitality of our host during our stay. We arrived on a night-bus from Athens earlier than planned, at 4am, which was a bit scary... Although we only had a reservation for the following night, the host woke up for us and gave us a room to sleep in for a few hours for a very reasonable price. Throughout our stay he did his best to make us feel comfortable. The room itself was great and we especially liked the shared balcony area. The water in the shower wasn't always hot, depending on the time of the day

Nice location, good wifi Putting 2 sofas into the kitchen doesn't make a 2 bedroom apartment, it was very uncomfortable for 5 people. Kitchen is not equipped, lacking plates, utensils. Glasses were extremely filthy, even having petrified lipstick marks. You cannot use kitchen... We had to switch off air-conditioning and fridge to be able to sleep - very noisy. Tv did't work, no channels only static. No housekeeping at all. Very disappointing, not as on pictures. Definitely not 9 points...

Clean room, quiet area Really basic equipment with leaking fridge, old mattresses, no chairs on the balcony. Completely different than on the picture. We just got the key from the room and gave money to the owner. No further explanation how we can use the facilities in the property. We had to escape after two nights (at least for the owner it was not any problem, because originally we booked 3 nights). You can find much better places in Ksamil, people are offering apartments on the streets.
