The room was huge! Obviously could be rented out for longer stays if needed. Large living room with the bed in it, large foyer area, large walk-in wardrobe and separate office room. Breakfast was more simple than other hotels, which we enjoyed as we tend to overeat when the breakfasts are large and varied. The water from the shower wet the entire bathroom floor...didn't flow to the drain very well.

The staff were kind and wonderful ! The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful—absolutely perfect.

The day we checked in ,the facial recognition system down ,we have to keep get staff assist. The bath tub water not enough hot and the aircon not working , luckily got fan and we check out early next morning.

To our dismay, the next day, there was another cockroach in the same spot. Out of curiosity, I opened the kitchen cabinet only to find yet another cockroach crawling inside. 1. The kitchen counter and utensils were filthy. 2. The desk surface was dusty and sticky. 3. The pillow had strange stains. 4. The curtains were full of holes. 5. There were numerous cockroaches. 6. The old hairdryer would overheat and stop functioning when set to the highest power. I can’t believe this hotel charges 4-star rates but provides 1-star service. Avoid staying here at all costs!

The POC venue is near, about 5~6 minutes walk. The face-scan sercurity system is perfect. Some equipments, like hair dryer, faucet look old.
