Everything about the property is splendid. I came with my baby and the escalator was not stroller friendly so I had to fold it and carry stroller in one hand and baby in another. The elevator at the side takes way too long to just go up a floor.

Breakfast was one of the best we had ever had. It was exceptional with so many high quality choices. The staff were also outstanding - always super friendly. professional and helpful: a testament to a high level of training, for which the hotel management deserves high praise. Being integrated into a mall was also a wonderful feature, making eating out and doing some shopping so easy. Plus, the Ampang Park MRT station is across the road, which opens up the whole of KL for easy exploration. The twin room we stayed in was a little small for accommodating a rollaway bed - lesson learned. We also didn't get the mountain view room we booked, but it wasn't a big issue. The hotel was super busy and we didn't want to cause any hassles.

The windows were tightly closed (for security purpose) but we couldn’t sleep because of humidity inside the room and had to use noisy ventilation during the night.

The location, the service Some objects of the facility were a little old, like the carpets. It was a bit expensive considering this.

The room itself was okay, and the location was very convenient, especially with Intermark Mall right downstairs. The bathroom was disappointing and did not feel very clean. Some of the facilities looked worn out, the toilet had areas with rust and corrosion, and the tray with amenities was dirty. We booked this hotel because we had heard good things about the breakfast buffet. While it was not terrible, the food was not particularly tasty and did not meet our expectations. We also found it a little annoying that staff kept asking us to give them feedback and a rating while we were eating. Overall, the location was excellent and convenient, but the cleanliness, facilities and breakfast could definitely be improved.

breakfast was excellent, cleaning was very good. It is just a 10-minute walk to KLCC and in a very central location. The mall it's located in has plenty of shops to cover all your needs, and transportation is very easy. Plus, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. as soon as I open the room door, there is a strong carpet odor. In my opinion, it would be much more hygienic to either have the carpets deep-cleaned or removed completely.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff, especially the restaurant team. We were traveling with our infant, and the staff went above and beyond to help with our baby’s food requirements, always being attentive and accommodating. Their kindness and willingness to assist made our stay much more comfortable and stress-free. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families traveling with young children and would be happy to stay here again. The cleaning staff Amin was good at his work and room was clean thoroughly. The only thing we could have asked more was temperature controlled water in the swimming pool. As the water was pretty cold, we couldnt enjoy swimming pool facilities.

Everything , it has been a wonderful stay at double tree kuala Lumpur. Highly recommend for staying with family . Front desk was very supportive and courteous. Sorted out all the issues in fraction of seconds. Very efficient and Humble at the same time. Nothing as such, all was good .

Location and breakfast was OK All corridors are smelling bed like carpets never cleaned before, the smell infusing the room also. the second point is the AC unit which was so noisy. ı have informed these problems to staf during check-out also.
