The stay and hospitality was very good. The location was very near to KLCC Convention Center and gave us very comfort walkin accessibility to all the places. This was our second time stay at the Holiday Inn expresess and we would definitely consider this one only whenever in KL. The only suggestion would be to add some more vegetarian option or Indian option in breakfast :)

The location was great, right in the heart of KLCC, the room was spotless, welcoming, and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast had a lot of options. The front desk staff seemed annoyed at my late, 22:30, check-in. No welcoming smiles, just a blank stare and then leading with “Do you have a reservation?” was a definite turnoff on the experience. Also, how can you work at a major hotel chain in KLCC and not know where to get food that late at night… with that same annoying attitude as if to say you didn’t pay for my advice so I’m not going to offer it. I was annoyed my flight took 13 hours instead of the original 5 it was supposed to be, but I still showed up smiling and asking questions that the front desk attendant should have been asking me. I probably would NOT stay here again based solely on how I was treated at check-in.

-My flight arrived early. I already gave head up to hotel And agreed to cooperate with that. unfortanetly I was charged more than what I expected for early check in - restaurant was overcrowded most of time. food is more suitable for East Asians rather than internationals.

The staff at the Reception are very polite and very friendly. The waiters in the breakfast hall were very helpful also. The location is excellent. Overall, my experience with staying with you was perfect. I booked a room for three people. I think three adults in one room should be given a little bigger room than a normal twin room. We are paying for three, but the accommodation and the room size was as much as any other normal room. At least three proper single beds should have been provided then be two twin beds and one sofa bed. Sofa bed bed was not comfortable at all, and it was quite small. Anyways, this is not a complaint, but just a suggestion.
